a majority of canadians are pigs who care little about the precious environment. gasoline should be no cheaper than $3 a liter. then maybe the pigs would think twice about driving their gas guzzling suv 5 blocks to pick up a newspaper that was made from killing carbon eating trees. that's how screwed up this country is becoming. look at the deadly storm and heat waves we are now getting. thse things are caused by humans and their pig consumption habits.

if a right wing publication like the economist is slamming harper then you know there is a problem with the CPC who continue to erode deocracy. i dont even recognize democracy in canada anymore. 1. census scandal 2. afghan detainees scandal 3. prorogation scandal 4. helena guergis scandal 5. g20 scandal 6. fake lake scandal 7. robocalls scandal 8. contempt of parliament scandal this current government is on its last legs. after 2015 the CPC will be decimated and canada will enjoy decades of left wing rule.

wyly, as someone who has watched the greatest and best soccer players all your life, do you have a hard time watching MLS soccer. I like the MLS but I was wondering what someone as soccer saavy as you thinks of that league. i think it is slowly getting better. it's not the EPL but att least its something.

i agree with signals here. i am totally against the nuclear family. i believe in 20 years when enough data is collected it will show kids who grow up with two dads or two moms will be better of in numerous categories than the kids who grew up with the traditional BS family of a mother and father. also overpopulation is a GRAVE concern for gaia. we need less people on this earth not more. i will be teaching my students taht the nuclear family is no longer desirable.

The CBC is the heart and soul of canada. without the CBC many canadians would be lost. the cbc represents excellence in broadcasting and their news is by far the best in north america.

i find the this thread somewhat amusing. in talking to friends in vancouver, montreal, and toronto, they tell me the MLS teams in those cities are creating more of a buzz than the cfl teams. these teams are fairly new too. just give them a few more years and soccer will easily overtake the 8 team cfl in popularity. i would much rather go to an Impact game than an alouette game. there is more excitement within a soccer crowd. you go to0 a cfl game in armpit hamilton and its like going to a funeral. soccer is the future of big league sports in canada.
