  1. You'll have to throw in greed and gluttony of Americans in general and their gov't in with that as well.
  2. What am I going to link 10 pages worth of sources? He wanted proof that there was opinions about the CBC being biased, I provided a google search full of them.
  3. Good question. Yet we have complaints about Christians being bullied in the court of public opinion, maybe it's all right to trash people if they make up more than half the population. Personally I don't think any person should be trashed over their religion. Only their actions.
  4. Correct, it's just like you guys and sun news - an opinion!
  5. In every rural farm oriented riding the ndp not only lost, they got destroyed. The ndp got a lot of support in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, and the extreme north. That's it.
  6. Google Enjoy!
  7. And that's when we awoken the debt monster, he'll that thing is still kicking around
  8. Pat represents one of the poorest tidings in he province, and you are right that he will get more support from his constituents and ndp supporters, but independents don't like that style which is why the Tories, libs, and other ndp use canned interviews and such.
  9. It's not in a legal sense, that's obvious, it's in the court of public opinion that's the issue.
  10. Have you ever yelled at somebody to quit having sex or broken up a fight? It's the fact of stepping in that's the hard part, once your in the degree of intervention doesn't really matter. heres some examples Cbc Sometimes, people have to jump in. That assistant coach could have folded up Sandusky like a cheap tent if Sandusky wanted to get violent.
  11. No, Pat Martin should not step down. He was picked by his constituents on numerous occasions. They knew what they were getting. Pat Martin has every right to run his mouth and make a fool out of himself. At least he doesn't give canned interviews!
  12. Now you know how we feel about the cbc. I don't even get sun news network, ctv is just fine.
  13. And my right to yell shut the **** up while in my own tent is my right as well. Two way street. They can have sex, but when said sex interrupts my sleep, then its a problem. I'd post links, but there are quite a lot of pages to post. Google heroes during vancouver riot and heroes during toronto g20 riot. Heck there's even youtube video evidence.
  14. Does it say anything when said freedom of assembly can interfere with other's freedoms?
  15. It wouldn't be odd if you were going camping with a couple your friends with and planned it. Oh they have the right to hanky panky, but I also have e right to say knock it off, and have exercised that right. The point of that scenario is to demonstrate that not all people will sit idly by and do nothing while something they think innappropriate is going on. Some do and some don't. Another example is the stories of some people risking a butt kicking to do the right thing during the g20 protests/hockey riots while others stood by and watched.
  16. At least the crickets and frogs and cicadas noise is cionsistent and far away, and is expected. The couple in the other tent, hell no!! That'll wake the dead!!! If you can put up with that, your a nicer guy than me. I'm a prudish ass.
  17. Same goes with AM vs FM/satellite/Internet radio. I have to use the iPod and fm transmitter to listen to grunge rock on the machinery radio, but if I want country music, I switch to the AM radio station. For some reason it sounds better on AM radio
  18. I just find it funny that some people feel the need to trash Christians and at the same time poo-poo those who trash other things people believe in. Olp1fan took the bait hook line and sinker, I also find it funny how some people get wound up at christmastime banging the political correctness drum. When it comes to people practicing religion, I don't care and it's none of my business. When it comes to individuals being nut bars, well that's a different story. I'm sure you can tell the difference between a nut bar and a religious person.
  19. No, it's quite about Irans govt being loons. How they go about being loons is irrelevant.
  20. If your out in the bush, typically the wildlife haul ass away from you, and it is dead quiet, moreso than the house.
  21. Hell that's half the fun of it. I'll let the roman candle take care of that or the chainsaw, if not somebody has a rifle. Bears are usually bluffing most of the time anyway.
  22. I hear you there, same goes with radio. Listening to country music on anything but AM should be considered a crime. (yes I know I walked into a trap with that one )
  23. At least the war is over irans government being loons, not about Iran being Muslim.
  24. Pay for camp sites??? That's not camping, that's an outside hotel room. Camping is going to the middle of nowhere overnight. And mr. Blood doesn't put up with hanky panky over 30 decibels.
