Town drunks are unique dudes too.

Im not moving the goal posts, Trudeau was extremely divisive in his rule. That's a fact. In your sick view there is only one set of goal posts. In mine there's two. You sir are a hypocrite. Score 3 for team Blue

And what about the fear being spread that Harper is a fascist and will stop at nothing to get power. And what does the looney left do, they slap the voters in the face and will stop at nothing to get power, apparently they don't believe in taking their message to the people Score 2 for team Blue.
-
Score one for Team Blue! Trudeau still did that nonsense and your argument is now irrelevant.

1) My compas poll says that a ratio of 2:1 Canadians prefer an election to a coalition. It's a brilliant idea/suggestion of CPC hacks, the country thinks your little coalition is a giant crock of shit. And the looney left didn't contribute to this crisis... 2) Canada has a black eye because some self serving leftards want power and are too big of cowards to go to the electorate. That to me constitutes a black eye. And the issue is "but, they're going to cut my funding" - cry me a river and raise your money yourselves instead of raiding taxpayers. 3) The GG wouldn't in her right mind allow this seperatist gong show to govern with so much of the country in an uproar. Her name and reputation would be smeared for an eternity. Simple logic says that the easier way out is an election. 4) The GG is worried about public opinion just like any sane person. She made the right call and is a better person for it. She'll make the right call the next time. 5) Did you vote for a Liberal candidate? Do you want Stephane Dion as PM? If their coalition is such a great idea they can take it to the people and do the strategic voting thing. Unless they are scared of being laughed out of office. Look it. Canadians hate this coalition with every fibre of their being. Whether an election takes place in January or when this coalition eventually falls apart is irrelevant. The leftist party has to justify taking power without the voters endorsing this coalition. Not to mention the tories running attack ads non-stop. Does the left want to take their licks now or later? Either way the tories will win a majority.

Nice double standard, It's alright for Trudeau to divide Canada, but when Harper "does it" he's a villian. Nice brain cramp.

Visit My Website No break on the black eye. Other countries are questioning our stability. I take it as a black eye and wouldn't be surprised if others did so. Globe and mail Flanagan figures so as well. Partisan bullying worked the last time, it can work again.

More support for an election than a coalition. Does the GG want piles and piles of demonstrators at Rideau Hall? Canada has a black eye on the international stage because of the coalition's games. Let the coalition run in an election and put this to rest once and for all. The GG would most certainly call an election. I don't think the GG wants to be the figurehead in something that would cause so much controversy. On CTV they said the GG was ready to resign over this. She is the figurehead in a democracy, I think in a democracy she'll say take your coalition and sell it to the people. If Ignatieff doesn't pass the budget, Harper will paint him as not wanting to compromise and power hungry. Harper will suggest that if Ignatieff wants to be PM so bad, to take his platform to the people and see how they like it. It's all about trying to sell who's quest for power is the most popular, so far Harper is in the lead. I don't see that changing for quite some time.

Harper is trying to force the GG's hand with public uproar, and so far it's working. I don't think the GG would grant coalition power when the country is in an uproar over this when there is an election alternative. Had the libs and NDP had more seats together themselves than the tories, I could see the GG granting that coalition power. They should have done the coalition in 06-07. This coalition however has the toxic stench of the BQ all over it. You are right in fact. Harper will pay the price for this. Either right this year sometime or 2-3 years down the road in a majority gov't. He would be unelectable in future elections. I think tory brass is using Harper to get them a majority, after that, Harper being as controversial as he is would be too toxic to go into another election campaign. It'll be similar to what happened to Chretien.
-
All Harper has to do is keep up the pressure and rhetoric until January. If Harper can force an election in January he's laughing. Harper is extremely good at doing something and making it look like the oppositions fault. Harper can keep the crisis going. If we do get another election, I think it will be a tory majority just so this nonsense doesn't happen for some time.

The Alberta oil industries got the most "subsidies". Yet it is the most profitable industry in Canada. It's easier to subsidize something when you know your going to get a return on your investment. Take up your subsidy gripe with the Europeans, they started this mess. As for why, having a secure food and energy supply is far more important than making cars.

The old laptop barely runs Medieval 2. Empire would require a brand new tower setup. I like my swords and cavalry.

Ignatieff to become Liberal leader Wednesday: report

Why in the Blue Hell would Chretien be wanting to cook up a deal with Seperatists? It was Chretien who fought them in 95 and did it by any means necessary. -
Bullocks, capitalism has been around for hundreds of years and has improved the lives of millions of people. Can socialism say that? The U.S. has been through worse and still manages to come out on top.
-
They pay for those 25%. Also that 5% has bloody earned the right to that. It's not earned by somebody's sweat, it's ours.
-
Socialism sucks, no generalization there.
-
Agriculture and cheap labour for manufacturing. Too bad those countries are socialist shitholes that nobody in their right mind would invest in. Oh well the people pay for their governments stupidity.

Does it say so? -
I support a two tier health care system. Millionaires don't belong in a soup kitchen. I only go to the hospital if something is completely buggered, if there is a waiting list I go to Alberta and use their private clinics. If I get sick, I go to the drug store and pick up some over the counter medicine. Healthy diet and exercise do wonders. Two tier health is the best, no poor people suffer, no waiting lists because those who can afford it can pay their way out of the lists freeing it up for everyone. Also new business opportunities are created. And for the hospitals, that's more tax revenue, which can lead to either more hospitals or tax cuts.

Wrong far more people sink under socialism, look at venezuela and the other leftist basketcases in the world.
-
Watch an episode of the dragon's den. that's an exercise in capitalism. They only lend if they can make a buck. Why would banks lend money to pieces of shit? Maybe because some leftist fools in congress decided to force banks to lend to skids. No capitalist will lend to scum suckers without assurance they will be paid back. The market is fine as it is without leftists perverting it.

harper is more boring than church. However, there are no "Obama's" in parliament right now.
-
they tried that with harper and dion and layton and duceppe and that has proved to be a disaster.
-
No I'm a tory. There are others who think like this and there are a lot of them. Hence the large amount of people who thought that a coalition with the primary intent of taxing and spending, be rejected. Sorry, I'm living in the right country. Socialism sucks accept it.
-
No that's a big part of socialist stupidity. The little guy can either sink or swim just like everyone else. I don't need my bank account raided for giving money to political parties and skids.
