    The issue of this thread is clearly stated in its title. Like it or not........the issue here is about what the Bible has to say on homosexuality. That's pretty much about it. Whether one disagrees with the Bible, or feels that religion has no place in our society as an authority on behavior, is irrelevant in this thread.

What I see is an ageing ex-porno actress trying hard to make something big out of this. $130,000 must seem peanuts to her now, after someone planted the dreamy idea of of publishing a book, speaking engagement fees, and maybe guest appearances....and who knows, maybe even movie roles. Maybe she thinks Trump might give her more to shut her up. It's like blackmail, huh? Money? Fame? She's got her own angle.

    Let me put it this way: I don't want to waste my time listening to incessant bull. You're asking where it says homosexuality is wrong. I'd given verses in the Old and New Testament. No matter how many ways you re-invent your question - the answer wouldn't change! I've also connected the dots, showing the consistency why God says it's wrong, with other verses. If you can't grasp them - what more can I say? I take it, you're more in a state of denial. You think, what you don't acknowledge.........surely, can't be there. You're free to be in that state. Bye.

    The sad saga of Stormy Daniels could end up with her, facing lawsuits....and even criminal charges (along with her lawyer). Her former manager is speaking through her own lawyer. Trump's lawyer, Cohen, is speaking through his (Cohen's) own lawyer......and Story's former lawyer is saying that the accusations of Stormy about being pressured to sign the non-disclosure deal, is not accurate. https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/26/politics/5-revelations-in-stormy-daniels-interview/index.html What does that imply when people start talking through their lawyers? Furthermore.....somebody (most likely a conservative-leaning media), is going to put pressure on Daniels to release her former lawyer from the attorney/client privilege - what the former lawyer has to say, is more fodder to keep this drama going. Anyone getting damaged by Stormy Daniels will want to hear what the former lawyer has to say! What - unbiased - media, wouldn't? By the looks of all that's been implicated in this saga - at the end of the day, it will be Daniels (and her lawyer), who'll end up being on trial (by the media......and for real). I think.....from what I've been reading from this article posted below, Cohen is giving Daniels some fair warning when he asked that she cease and desist. Apparently, she (and her lawyer) can be facing some serious crimes. Remember the dvd that was shown, with Avenatti's tweet, "If “a picture is worth a thousand words,” how many words is this worth?????" Uh.....maybe....... it'll be worth two words! CRIMINAL CHARGES.     There is one very big reason to lie:  15 minutes of fame for a porn-star only porn enthusiast would've heard about!   You and your lawyer are making the media rounds.....

      Marc Harris, the lawyer for Daniels' former manager, Gina Rodriguez, told CNN, "Ms. Clifford did not say during the interview that Ms. Rodriguez pressured her in any way to sign the January 2018 statement."
      Though she technically is not shown saying it during the interview, Anderson Cooper's voiceover made clear that is what Daniels said.

    It's supposed to make me think that it's the alleged dick tape!

     

    Oh yeah? 

    The cynic in me wonders:  what are the chances the dvd will be "stolen"....it will be blamed on Trump....and conveniently gives them an excuse to not show what's in it?

    An old movie I'd seen before: The Professional. It stars Jean Reno, Gary Oldman and a very young Natalie Porter. I still enjoyed it (as I did the first time). No. It's a common ploy to ignore....you're like Bubbermiley, and the others I debate with in other forum. They use the same tactics. When they can't refute it, they ignore it. It's not about whether it's a choice or not. It's about what's written in the Bible. And yes, simple statements - consistent and not in contradiction with any other verses - speak for themselves. You got that right......so, why are you resisting? You do realize that it's not really me who you're going up against with, do you James? I'm simply quoting the Bible and showing all the cross-references.

    You're wrong. All of that makes him a foreigner! He may be born here (I don't know).....but he claims he is born in India (by calling India his homeland). Homeland is defined as the country you were born in. To reject Canada as his homeland (if he's born here)....what more can we say about that? Here are the definitions by Merriam. Foreigner: a person belonging to or owing allegiance to a foreign country chiefly dialectal : one not native to a place or community it He claims India to be his homeland. Therefore....he is a foreigner.

    I know serenity. I know about that peaceful calm, deep inside. While doing a worship (not at a church or temple), I've experienced too, that sudden escalating feeling of joy that filled the heart that it felt like my heart would literally burst - the amazing thing was that I didn't feel any fear at all. After it subsided, I had to sit down, in awe....and I marvelled at what just happened. We can talk to God anywhere. We can be with God anywhere.

    Like I said, no matter how you take it - in whatever context you want to put it - her statement, is still deplorable. Especially now when we see racial tensions - to single out white people ( and also the vulnerable, to boot).......is, at the very least, a very reckless thing to do. Is she daft? Was Wynn having a senior moment when she said that deplorable comment? I recognize miscomprehension - and since you seem to have a problem in grasping what is being said - I'm pointing it out to you.
