My accountant about four years ago was doing my personal income tax and hired high school students to do the work. They forgot to send in my return and I got a letter from the gov saying I owed them $350.00 fine for late filing and they wanted to know where my return was. I called the accountant he said - "sorry but its your responsibility to send that it". Its standard practise for accountants to send the file in and he denied that, he had also sent them in in years previous and years after that. I owed him $650.00 at the time and told him that I was going to take the $350.00 from that and pay gov. He threatens to have me audited. I tell him the phone call has been recorded and he won't be getting a cent from me. He crawls back into his little hole like weasels do. You have to understand that these people are often arrogant stupid criminals and you have to expect that going in and have your guard up and be prepared to deal with them. That stunt cost that little weasel $300.00 plus I fired him. A few of my friends were looking for accountants at the time, plus one other person fired him after hearing that and already being suspicious of him. My one mistake was not recording a lawyer while I was being threatened & extorted. There is no limits to how low a lot of these people will go. The scum bag accountant was bragging about his $20,000.00 bathroom to some of my friends just before all this.

Just because a second plane hit the towers does not mean the towers collapsed because of damage and jet fuel fires. If you take a look at what the NIST report says you will realize that is says something very different from what people are lead to believe it says. The buildings should not have collapsed from the damage and fires written in the NIST report and the NIST report only hypothesises why the buildings collapsed. The first NIST report didn't even investigate wtc7. What does destruction of evidence appear like in court ? Is that not guilty behaviour ? Why were the fire marshall and FAA not allowed to investigate ? Why did it take 441 days to convince Bush to start an investigation ? Are all accidents not investigated ? He replayed the recording from that day when he interviewed the structural engineer (Masters in Structural Engineering) who saw the event first hand. Agreed, but its not subtle, particularly wrt 911. Its impossible for three buildings to collapse straight down into their own footprint as a result of assymetrical damage and fires in one day. But still people argue for it even though it is completely counterintuitive and can be proven impossible with an elementary knowledge of physics. The real truth just scares people too much and cognitive dissonance is the dominant thought process.

If doctors didn't have self governance and were watched by the people that doctor would not be allowed to practise. Self governance of professions serves the purpose of protecting members of those professions from their natural responsibilities toward the public. The only way our systems can be cleaned up is to take self governance away from the law profession and the legal profession as well as a few other professions (accounting comes to mind here). These self governing bodies are both a joke and an insult to the public.
