I feel sympathy for you, friend. You've learned an important lesson in a very hard way. Unfortunately, without something in writing, you're screwed. Only the courts take a petitioner at his word alone - when hearing Native cases they are sometimes willing to take oral history in as evidence, but otherwise it's just a he said/she said situation. Paper carries a lot of weight in law. My (non-lawyerly) advice is to demand your own copy of everything that pertains to you legally. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have witnesses but the Supreme Court of Canada lets power behave this way as a matter of convenience. There is nothing I can do but inform people how power operates in this country. All lawyers are responsible when their self governing body permits this to happen. The only thing that we can do (before it happens to you) is to stop electing these weasels and take our justice system back.

(6) Iasked her if it was because I have inferiour genetics and she responded that that was part of it. I asked her what the rest of the reason was and she said she did not have time to bother explaining. I asked her if it was because she had more she therefore deserved more ? She said that was part of it. She also said that her athsma caused by Mom and dads smoking was also part of it. She had athsma before she made the promise and when the will was in my name and when I agreed to split it with her. She also said "Don't you know that I have been out to screw you my entire life ? (7) A witness to this activity came up and gave me his business card saying he had never heard anything like this in his life. My sister prompty tore the card from my hand, looked at it and laughed saying "He can't do anything". I later contacted this person after forcibly taking the card back but obviously her and her gang of thugs got to him first. He declined co operation. (8) I stated that I no longer wished to have anything to do with this family. (9) I reported said incidence to the law society and talked with them for about four hours. They recorded me. (10) They contacted the noble, distinguished and honorable member and she stated that the contract never existed and that she never threatened me. I received paper from the law society. (11) I suggested to the law society that they contact the other witness signators. They did not have the budget for this and because of a supreme coyrt ruling regarding siblings of lawyers they could not do anything. As a side note further the will was entirely written in my name with both parents acknowledging that they were abusive. I agreed to split it with her at Xmas 2001 at her home and at her and her mothers request. That folks is how the supreme court of Canada thinks lawyers should be allowed to operate. They have self governance. They are all responsible.

case number 01 - 145. My voice was recorded as well during the complaint. Why don't you just look that one up before you elledge what I said or did not say to the law society.

I suspect that the reason you have found no credible forum for your complaints against lawyers is because your comments lack credibility. You may have a legitimate complaint with a lawyer you dealt with, but if you start your complaint to the Law Society with an allegation that every lawyer in the world is a professional liar, who controls the media, the courts, and the government, you are setting yourself up for the other party to just say you are crazy and deserving of little consideration. You simply cannot gain respect by making broad statements about an entire profession based on one member who allegedly lied about a contract. Most lawyers do not fit the description that you favour. FTA <{POST_SNAPBACK}> First of all the reason I cannot complain about this is that the supreme court declared that siblings can not complain to the law society regarding lawyers behaviour. She can simply do anything she wants. The reason that she did this is that I have inferiour genetics. She has no complaint against me. I come from a family that makes the Paul Bernardo family life seem like a vacation in Disneyland. She has been screwing me since she was 8 years old and my mother the psychopath has supported it. You petitioned the supreme court of Canada to take away subling of lawyers rights because you knew this kind of stuff would happen all the time and it would place a drain on the skeleton staff of the law society that could not be tolerated. This happened in 2002 Christmas day. How do you like that one eh ? Yeah I am seaming mad and I have every right to be that way. I am gainfully employed, educated, never been accused of a crime or diagnosed with a mental illness. Its not that I am a violent person but let this happen 50 more times and what do you think the chances of someone getting a long gun and shooting a pile of judges is ? You are nothing more than a gang of manipulative weasels and you are as guilty as she is by association. Even more if you are not crazy like she is. So there ya go. I can win my case I am assured, I just need to put 80 K on the table first. I don't have 80 K extra lying around and as you know she could drag this on for 20 years in the courts.

I complained to the law society regarding a contract for which I was both threatened and extorted. I had the contract in my hand at one point. There were two other signatores on that contract. The honorable, noble and distinguished member simply said that the contract never existed. The law society did not have the budget to contact the other two signatores of the contract I once had in my hand. These lawyers in this country are nothing but a gang of lying manipulative weasels and the law society itself must be their favorite joke. Anyone who has anything good to say about lawyers either (a) Has never dealt with one ( the one they dealt with had nothing to gain by lying. There is no credible forum to discuss lawyers, nor will there ever be one devoted to this. There have been media stories not aired because they have as powerful affect on the media as they do on everything else. The real truth in Canada is that they are nothing more than a gang of thugs. People that know this are too dispersed to get togather and do anything about it.

Lawyers are required to tell the truth to the courts but they do not do it. There is a pathetic joke known as the law society and these weasels routinely lie to the law society and the law society both knows and expects this. Even if you have witnesses to the affect the law society doesn't have the budget to investigate and assumes the honorable, noble and distinguished member is telling the truth even when they know otherwise. They simply are kept on a shoe string budget and skeleton staff so they cannot do anything about it. Who ever has anything good to say about lawyers doesn't have any experience with them. The law society is there to protect the lawyers from the public not the public from the lawyers. The lawyers at the law society are inaccessible to the public and only available to members.
