Are you referring to the actions of social anarchy led by corrupt, traitorous, undemocratic politicians as meaning(worked so hard for)? -

Canadians should not have to shop around. What is the excuse with automobiles? I heard dealerships are keeping prices unrealistically high so dealers can make up for bad times when the dollar was low and sales were low. How to beat it? Buy your car in the U.S. by being your own broker but forget about the warranty. -

I am upset at the barbaric ways of the Muslims in Iraq. Do you know what the role of the U.S. military in Iraq is? Have you seen the latest number insurgent numbers in comparison from 2003 to 2007? These numbers and others are from Nancy Pelosi's web site. http://speaker.gov/issues/index_html?id=0012 There has been pressure on the UN for an expanded UN mandate in Iraq: http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,,2140851,00.html No one really knows what to do with these Iraq animals. I don't think realistically speaking my thoughts are far out of line and I don't think whoever is in power, Republicans or Democrats, are going to be facing one hell of a problem with few answers. -

I am saying there are LEGITIMATE immigration concerns that must be addressed by government. I would like to see your response if majority Canadians were Muslims and the high ratio immigrants coming into Canada were White English speaking Christians. Post#141, ask you to name other than Canada 'White English speaking Christian countries with high ratio ethnic immigration that are nonproblematic. Singapore is definitely NOT one of them. Embarrass yourself some more. In fact Singapore has experienced race riots with deaths and injuries: "The 1964 Race Riots were a series of riots that took place in Singapore during two separate periods in July and September between Chinese and Malay groups. The first incident occurred on 21 July during a Malay procession that marked Muhammad's birthday. In total, the violence killed 36 people and injured another 556. About 3,000 people were arrested." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1964_Race_Riots -

Positive influence relating to what? If it was thousands of ethnic immigrants, they would feel uncomfortable without the proper resources to set up their culture. But it is a major problem when ethnic immigration exceeds 300,00 per year. They care not for for Canada's majority cultural status quo and simply ignore it and move in their churches, their politics and continue life like wherever they came from and try to reform our political system to accommodate their imported political ideologies. That is a problem isn't it? And why is it a problem because a lot of the contents of the Charter is simply transferred rights and freedoms from our previous federal rights legislation introduced in the 60's. Worked fine up until 1982 when Trudeau realized he could not manipulate Canadian society without stronger measures. Thus the reason for the Charter and why many Canadians think its great but overlook ( the rights and freedoms we ALREADY had for years) the underling reasons for the Charter and devious actions of the Liberals with the oppressing, racial discriminating aspects of Charter. You continually show hate and spite relating to cultural realities or any positive statement being made in defence of the majority White English speaking Christians. I don't believe a word you say about White, English speaking Christians are not racist or bigoted and is only a select few. I believe you hate the White race. If you actually believed that, you would not venomously go out of your way to attack this poster but simply ignore this thread and poster, period. But that you cannot do Renegade, because anyone that would bring up common sense issue's relating to ethnic immigration drives you into a fury as to who would or could EVER question the business of ethnic immigrants in Canada. ABC news has nothing to do with it. What your doing is again, attacking this poster with your nonsensical replies. As a matter of fact we personally know Democrat friendly U.S. immigrants who have specifically immigrated to Canada for the 'FREE HEALTHCARE'. That is why I previously mentioned it. If you know there are two or three that do it for that reason, then you know there are thousands more including your ethnic immigrants that immigrate for the same reason. -
This is what happens when the previous totalitarian Liberals transformed a large part of the Canadian media into a Liberal friendly media, it sort of creates dysfunctional politics. The Conservatives I doubt are not trying to hide anything but simply trying to keep at bay all those Liberal friendly media attack dogs from trying to destroy any type of Conservative initiative.

Lawyer Boileau to serve as Ontario's French ally

This is all connected to the 'French Languages Services Act' which stems from Charter rights relating to francophones. This ever expanding 'French Languages Services Act ' is responsible for the creation of the 'Office of Francophone Affairs' which is responsible for the creation of 'language cop' Franois Boileau, a lawyer currently working at the federal offices of the 'Commissioner of Official Languages'. http://www.ofa.gov.on.ca/english/about.html Yes, she is from Kiamika, Quebec, a really small town, pop. 716. I understand she worked in Montreal before moving to Ontario and starting a career in Vanier, Ont. and working herself up to where she is now in Ontario Provincial Government as Minister of Francophone Affairs. This is nothing new, utilizing the 'notwithstanding clause' and renewing it every five years to keep French prominent on signs coupled with declaring themselves 'officially French ' effectively destroys any type of Quebec 'official bilingualism. http://www.unitednorthamerica.org/notwithstanding.htm Agreed, with Quebec actually becoming more French every day, at the great expense of the Canadian taxpayer. Obviously what is happening in Ontario is to eventually make the province of Ontario, 'officially bilingual'. All this you can thank Mr. Mc.Guinty for who appears to be in bed with the Liberals and their French ideologies. -

Religion is a component of cuture. If you say sex-selection abortions is cultural, then that barbaric culture is not recognized in Canada as being associated with the national interest of Canada. In India it is not only sex-selected abortion it is outright MURDER of baby girls. So if abortion was outlawed in Canada it would be fair to assume the murdering of baby girls would be the norm relating to the ongoing cultural practices of Indian couples in B.C. -

Ontario is not an officially bilingual province. McGuinty has no business allowing a French dictatorial minister who wants to impose the same type of language police as the federal government. Again Ontario is not an officially bilingual province and Liberal Premier Dalton Mcguinty has an obligation to present this issue in the way of a plebiscite to the tax payers of Ontario. "Anything worthwhile" Obviously you approve of Nazi type leadership. http://www.canada.com/theprovince/news/sto...2a1894ff&k=7108 You are so uninformed and so arrogant with your replies I will be no longer be replying to any of your post. -

Seven thousand girls die from sex selected abortion in India EVERYDAY including murdering baby girls at birth. Although guyser does not think 100 girls to 108 is any kind of problem, he as usual is totally wrong. This is not to far off from the ratio in India which is 93 women to every 100 men. This does not seem like much considering the fact, but the horrible number of more than 16-million baby girls die each year in India indeed shows the magnitude of barbaric problem. Why we allow people like this into our civilized country to practise their cultural barbaric religious practices is shameful and only adds to the many cultural problems relating to 'official multiculturalism'. Maybe that is part of 'official multiculturalism' plan, Canada itself becoming a third world country, host to all citizens of the world. Trudeau would be blushing with pride if he was still around. http://www.lifesite.net/ldn/2006/dec/06121401.html http://bellsouthpwp.net/m/a/maryb683/marybrown/india.htm -

Actually guyser, it would be up to Ontario's Premier Dalton McGuinty to initiate a plebiscite on the issue, which he has failed to do. He has allowed Madeleine Meilleur to plow ahead with this undemocratic and hateful legislation. Looks like Ontario's provincial government is becoming more and more like Canada's undemocratic totalitarian federal government. Hope the tax payers of Ontario wake up before Ontario is faced with the status of a 'have not province'. -

Another dumb reply without a shred of evidence based on the opinion of a foreigner. The point is adversely changing the direction of the country with large numbers of ethnics uncomfortable with White English speaking Christians with their culture and traditions. This is happening now. Sometimes I wonder if you have a clue what you are saying. The government would NOT be a totalitarian government if it initially provided the kind of evidence we are talking about. We would not require a third party source. You have been labelling me with being a racist, a bigot, when all along it is you, with your spite and hate continually bringing up the race card and initiating a debate based your false accusations. My concerns, if you do not know by now are with an undemocratic, imposed, faulty, corrupt, racially discriminating, Charter and the federal government. That is what you like to believe, but the real truth is again hidden by government. The only Americans moving to Canada IMO are fearful Democrats looking for freebies especially along the health care line. -

You seem to believe that the only way for a society to peacefully exist is to have one dominant culture which by force of law forces other cultures to adapt to its cultural norms. There are various examples around the world of different cultures co-existing peacefully and harmoniously. White English speaking majority Christian countries with high ratio ethnic immigration? Name them? -

"destabilizing the country due the actions of religious worship"??? Are you for real? You should probably be more worred about the athiests and agnostics like myself, who are pretty adamant about keeping church separated from state. I did include the other components related to large ethnic populations in Canada that make the aspect of 'incompatibility' real and a direct threat to Canada's majority culture. Being agnostic or atheist means nothing relating to participating in cultural segregation. -

So you want to close down all places of religious worship or just forbid religious worship? So very stalinesque....... This is why 'official multiculturalism' will fail miserably due to the incompatibility of cultures. It is perfectly natural though, there is evidence all cultural incompatibility over the world responsible for all kinds of atrocities. Nothing like inviting disaster to your doorstep. -

I think Madeleine Meilleur is overstepping her authority of implementing this type of appointment without first determining democratically (via the will of Ontario tax payers) if a provincial language watchdog is even required in Ontario. IMO- She is not the federal government and is clearly discriminating against the people in the province of Ontario. -

This has got nothing to do with respecting anything. It has to with ethnic cultures, culturally destabilizing the country due the actions of religious worship, which encourages segregation, which in turn leads to political demands that could be incompatible and damaging to Canada's majority culture, which is already happening. -

Of course I am talking in retrospect, prior to the Charter and relating to that cultural status quo, ( which was the majority White English speaking culture) in which most Canadians adhered to, (as I have NEVER HEARD of cultural complaints) outside of the linguistic ones from Quebec. So, 'we' is basically all Canadians outside of Quebec. Nope, it was a free country long before the introduction of the Charter (Canadians died fighting for this) and Canada with protected by almost identical federal human rights legislation since 1960. They took away 'property rights'. No, of course not and you would be free to do what you want since foreign religion numbers in Canada were small and represented NO THREAT to mainstream Canadian culture, like they do to-day. And I will repeat myself again: 'Canada is an undemocratic country, it is not represented by the 'will of Canadians' but rather of a totalitarian government who manipulates Canadian society like communist do. Canadians have no government backed evidence relating to many socital/cultural problems. Like I said before, do you actually think the feds will ever admit 'offical multiculturalism' is a FAILURE. You are nothing more than a self righteous, condescending little arrogant immigrant who thinks you and your immigrant buddies are going to kick the Whites out of their own country. Talk about the height of arrogance. And they wonder why Americans are staying away from visiting Canada in droves. -
Oh great. Now we don't only have a federal language watchdog, now we have a provincial language watchdog with a budget of $800,000 Ontario tax dollars. Wonder no more why Ontario is losing its status as a leader in economic greatness with undemocratic actions such as this. But, but what about Quebec, don't they also have to be linguistically 'officially responsible with similar watchdogs over there? But wait. I forgot Quebec has declared itself 'officially French' so is immune from any sort of provincial English language impositions relating to the English language. This of course begs to answer the question, 'how the federal government can continue to promote Sec. 16(3) of the Charter which states " Nothing in this Charter limits the authority of parliament or a legislature to advance the equality of status or use of English OR French' especially when a minority language can declare itself provincially 'officially French' Is this not discriminating the national interest of Canada with this 'officially French' cop out. Is this new position created by Francophone Affairs under the direction of minister Madeleine Meilleur and Ontario provincial government not discriminate directly against Ontario residents who have no say in this undemocratic posting. http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/news/s...be93c61&k=15595

Rapid-response air unit seen as policy shift

Then I wish you a hardy welcome to this wonderful site that, for the most part, allows the exchange of politcal opinions via free speech. I don't know how you ask such a question, especially being employed full time in Canada's military. Of course this would make you rather immune to what we are actually talking about and indicates you have the ability to blot out of your mind the realities of Canadian history, directly related to what we are discussing. So your saying Quebec is not predisposed to participating in any sort of violence to achieve their nationalistic ideologies in a conflict with the ROC? Time to take off the blinders and read up on Canadian history. I don't really know what your trying to get at but it seems you are trying to make some sort of connection to being a member of Canada's armed forces to the actualities of Canadian history. The two are totally separate entities, one does not care about the other. Maybe I am also married to francophone women (who only speaks French with family members) and I share the rest of your concerns. But this again has nothing to do with nationalistic political ideologies of Quebec and their quest for POWER, which I think is not only breaking Canada but will lead to the destruction of Canada especially from Liberal friendly implemented policies and especially relating to the Charter itself. -

Leafless replied to Leafless's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You can bet that if the violence was directed the other way around (Christians systematically killing Muslims), those countries would be front page news every day. There is absolutely no excuse to hide what is currently happening in Iraq, especially in civilized countries such as Canada. I can only assume the media is under federal control and free speech is again being censored and the actions of Muslims in Iraq, obviously is being condoned by our federal government. If this was not the case the feds would be the first ones proclaiming the actions of Muslims in Iraq as totally barbaric and totally unacceptable to the ideologies of the majority Western Christian world. -

What is really disturbing is the U.S. military, large majority Christians, actually defending these barbaric actions of Muslims in Iraq and dying for their barbaric actions. I am now more convinced than ever, this should have been totally a push button war and damn the consequences. -

Are you poking fun at the word 'integration'. Maybe we should keep our immigration White, English speaking and Christian. Its a free country because the White English speaking Christians MADE IT THAT WAY. Since the Liberalization of Canada. And how do find the official answer to that one? Could it be, referendums, referendums, referendums. If you don't get it by now, I don't know. United States of America. Next question.
