  1. I noticed that to. Democratic concerns are badly lacking in Canada.
  2. When you think about it, isn't this how certain minorities laid a guilt trip on Canadian society relating to racial profiling?
  3. Spartacus? That old 1960 release was prior to the Internet, political forums and more relaxed political free speech. In general people of that era only protested in the form of song especially relating to the Vietnam war and religious protest were pretty well taboo.
  4. If your on Canada's side then you know we are a strong ally of the U.S. and that we are dependent on the U.S. and we are strongly influenced by the U.S. cultural to the degree we mock U.S. lifestyles. The reasons the U.S. entered Iraq were definitely in the interest of the U.S. and generally speaking in the interest of the free world. But the important part is that the U.S. did give Saddam Hussein an opportunity to surrender, prior to the invasion in which he declined and subsequently Saddam was toppled by the U.S. and it's allies.
  5. In the sense it is a strong U.S. ally and English is spoken by the majority.
  6. Please pay close attention to the second paragraph but more importantly I must ask you exactly whose side are you actually on? http://www.theinsider.org/news/article.asp?id=0423
  7. "One small police union claims officers are facing a permanent intifada." Minorities are being blamed for not adapting to to European mores. Immigrant youths are trying are trying to cause a police error to justify chaos. What can you say but, WOW. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061022/ap_on_...GZhBHNlYwM3MjE-
  8. Because of the el-whacko (dangerous) alliance between President Ahmadinejad and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. http://www.canadafreepress.com/2006/benamon101906.htm
  9. What "inevitable"? The clash of civilizations. All out war.
  10. The big thing in all of this is many Francophone's have been linguistically assimilated into the majority English speaking sphere and then they turn around and are in self denial. They resent this fact, plain and simple. They want to play 'tit for tat' but there is incentive to do this, outside of the phony imposed discriminatory federal one. Common sense, common sense, where is our federal leadership or are they a major player in this 'tit for tat' linguistic revenge scenario at the expense of the English?
  11. The Pope's message sounds strangely apologetic concerning " A growing chorus of Muslim leaders have called on the pope to apologize for the remarks he made in a speech in Germany on Tuesday when he used the terms "jihad" and "holy war." What the Pope said IMO sells out Christians who don't especially feel this way. Canada is a free and generous country but I don't know how you can possibly expect Canada to be responsible and defend the interest of your followers concerning the volatility of your religion.
  12. Our core values have been detrimentally been altered with the advent of 'Charter rights and Freedoms' something I believe that never should have been tolerated by the English speaking, Christian majority. I think this will be a tough hurdle now in this country to return to core values legally, although core values technically speaking, are still a reality to the majority. I think your correct concerning your overall assessment and of course Western forces and allies are acutely aware concerning your thoughts and are desperately trying to prevent albeit temporally, the inevitable.
  13. "Pope Benedict XVI on Sunday expressed "cordial greetings" to the world's Muslims on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the feast day ending the holy month of Ramadan." I think until Islam becomes a domesticated non- violent religion, the Pope has no business expressing any sort of greetings concerning a religion that is responsible for so many murders throughout the world, carried out by mad dog killers and followers of this troublesome religion. The Popes message could be extremely disturbing for many Christians.
  14. What was the last Jewish riot or stampede you're aware of? The last Jewish riot I'am aware of, is the Jerry Seinfield Show.
  15. Do you actually believe the U.S. will allow this to happen?
  16. McKay should have all along played it smart and only date waitresses.
  17. Iranian President Mahmaud Ahmadinejad says the UN security council only serves U.S. and British political purposes and says sanctions against Iran are illegitimate. I ask if the UN was non-existent would this man be saying what he's saying? Does the UN security council only further aggravate intense political situations? http://www.smh.com.au/news/World/Iran-warn...0851124279.html
  18. Do you have any links relating to this?
  19. Yes. There are many countries that have already reached their peak oil production. The time the world will run out of oil to meet international demand is between 2010-2020. http://www.theinsider.org/news/article.asp?id=0423
  20. There is no contradiction. You are using quotes from post #24 and used only part of the entire quote in which I was making comparisons between the reinforcement of moralistic convictions between a Christian and a secularist. The entire part you quoted from post #24 is: "Although I am not overly religious but definitely support Christianity for reasons pertaining to culture and to the goodness of promoting an anti-pagan society, I will attempt to answer your question. Relating to Christianity: God teaches "Thou shalt no kill", so killing or murdering is totally against the law of God with absolutely no justification to kill whatever the reason and which also constitutes a mortal sin. This of course is coupled with my private convictions as to why it is wrong to kill. Relating to secularism: If I learned or came to my own conclusion that it is wrong to kill but with no conviction other than my own logic, I could be tempted to kill for reasons I consider justifiable and could very well complete the act depending on circumstance." Religion provides further spiritual moralistic conviction as to why it is wrong to kill.
  21. Maybe she is a dog! A lap dog. Especially to the Liberals.
  22. So, basically, you are seeking that Canada become a feudal vassal to the papacy. Remarkable notion. Good luck with that. No one is seeking anything.
  23. Don't you think that might be because it's happening in Canada ? Could you please rephrase your ambiguous or unclear question?
  24. If this is offensive to you, were you also offended by the Danish cartoon issue? You know -- the mocking of Islam? Or is it ok to mock muslims but not christians? This is a slightly different situation where as Christianity is being attacked within the confines of our own country and not by the way of cartoons but including our own federal government. Christians have been the butt of many jokes and cartoons but I have not heard up to now of any blowing innocent people up because of it.
  25. How? Suicide bombing NBC offices? I am asking you within the context of a mock comparison but if that's the way you feel, what can be said. I certainly don't personally condone or promote murder. But I know a little old RC lady down the street from me that if you told her what was going on at NBC, she would go down there and whack them with her cane.
