  1. .............. don't blame a corrupt regime from hosing the 'people'. Blame those that allow them to do it, again and again and again. The real culprit is Congress and specifically, partisan politics. ................ a long way from Watergate, baby..
  2. OMG that is funny ..............ur trolling, right? ........ If not, I pity u, hopefully u don't breed. 😁 ..........nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance combined with conscientious stupidity. The question is, are u both? Ignorant and stupid. Back to the tool box with ya.
  3. Morals be what u do when on one is watching? I hope ur not equating ethics to institutions that has corrupted the world for hundreds of years in their hypocritical view of determining morals to the faithful? That said, I've seen the power of faith. An individuals experience thru life determines their morals? What they have seen and what they have experienced.
  4. ............. suppose there is a difference between 'lust' and 'love'? 😁
  5. ............. liberalism believes in an arbitrator, rule of law equal if not in practice than in perception, SCOTUS is the arbitrator. Once the apolitical arbitrator is compromised? We all fall down.
  6. ..... i don't believe I was comparing the two. The advantage the slants have is that they can adjust quickly - a democracy does not have that luxury. A complete and total divide in culture, ideology and ................ expectations. Compared to the slants, any democracy is akin to a whore, on her back with her legs open. They know it and make long term plans to exploit it. A democracy is partisan (huge disadvantage), lacks long term plans and is inconsistent.
  7. Liberalism emphasizes individual freedoms and rights. It advocated personal autonomy and that protection through the rule of law. Liberalism promotes limited government intervention and equality before the law, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of color or creed have a fair chance to succeed. Liberalism, while often associated with individual rights, also recognizes the importance of social justice as well as collective responsibility to enable a balance between personal liberty and community needs. Fascist leaders believe in the supremacy of certain groups of people based on race, religion, ethnicity and nationality. Their objective is to deny rights. Historically, fascist regimes cultivate images of their leaders as great figures to be admired ……and followed. The so-called ‘cult of personality’ is perpetuated through the mass media and propaganda, images and grandiose structures. The ‘leader’ ultimately grooms his following to believe that he has mythical status – if possible, this grooming includes high officials within the church, on reward of favor. A fascist leader does NOT operate without a well conceived agenda ………promoted on half-truths, corruption and above all, lies, nuance, or innuendo. Fascism and authoritarianism are often confused Mussolini vs. Putin
  8. FWIW Obama , Biden and Trump (1st term) added the same @ 9 trillion. Reagan doubled the debt during his tenure. In a normal world the strategy is to pay the debt down during the 'green' years ........ to allow for spending during the lean years? What is truly alarming is that the debt is expected to more than double in 25 years. The next gen is going to curse the reckless spending during this gen. Social Security and other will be much reduced or far more expensive. Bond market, so-called petro dollar will take a hit.. .........with the Saud's becoming ever more cozy with the slants, no wonder tomahawk's aren't offered to them.
  9. Has the U.S. ever had a Crook-in-Chief like 'bone spurs'?
  10. ............. yeah, everyone knows hockey wins are fake news ........😅
  11. ........... the degree of hate, resentment, racism and corruption demonstrated by the U.S. is truly revealing. The U.S. global power was literally designed, post WWII, by giants; FDR, Truman and Ike. Their genius imagined a World revolving around the emerging superpower, the U.S. It's designed strength was built on alliances, trade and ideology. They realized that although the U.S. might be the most powerful in terms of military, GDP, it was not as strong as the combined strength of it's allies. Can the U.S. remain 'great' and be alone? ah, no. Hormuz is a great example ............... alone.
  12. somewhat of a precedent - As of the end of 2024, the FEDERAL government owes approx 2.7 trillion to the SS trust funds - 3 billion to the OAS and Survivors Insurance fund and 200 billion to the Disability Insurance fund. Every dollar of that balance exists as a special Treasury security - essentially an IOU the federal government issued to itself. The money was collected from workers paychecks, lent to the Treasury by LAW, spent on other government operations, and must now be paid back to cover benefits for retirees and people with disabilities. ka-ching! Up goes the debt ......................... or will it be paid back??
  13. The Trump administration announced Monday the creation of a nearly 1.8 billion fund, so-called, 'Anti-Weaponization Fund", to compensate allies of the Republican president who believe they have been unjustly investigated and prosecuted, an arrangement that Democrats and government watchdogs derided as 'corrupt' and unconstitutional. Government watchdogs - they still exist, post DOGE? Beneficiaries will remain anonymous and Trump will have the final say as to who and how much lolly. Totally in-the-dark re: oversight. ka-ching - up goes the debt. Too funny and far too corrupt.
  14. ya sound like ringette or curling would be ur passion. 😁
  15. ......... a majority living in cardboard boxes and eating out of dumpsters America Great and alone ......... can both be true? No. Ur standing on the shoulders of genius - FDR, Truman and Ike.
  16. ......... ur talking historical guilt on the part of the 'colored'. 😁 Trump has been put on ICE.
  17. ...................... likely be a mistake to label the GOP conservative tho; should be remembered that Trump added 8 trillion to the national debt during his first term - only God knows what it will be at the end of the second, despite DOGE. Both the black and white cats spend like drunken sailors .............. it's just one of them sees the people as a priority., the other is more transactional.
  18. ............... holy fk, Batman ................. you'd shitcan Hockey Night in Kanada?? https://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?q=hockey+night+in+canada+theme+song&&mid=E37BB3CA1C72C0545D99E37BB3CA1C72C0545D99&churl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.youtube.com%2fchannel%2fUC9mI8yLeORvYARBO_6gaSMQ&FORM=VAMGZC
  19. It wasn't a rebellion against mother England. It was more of a call for so-called 'responsible government' where elected officials are responsible to the people - akin to what the Congress once was. Those ruling the colony of Canada at that time (Upper / Lower Canada) were hugely corrupt (akin to the Trump administration) - the so-called, 'Family Compacts" made all the decisions and appointed those in leadership positions. They were the ruling class and to a large degree mirrored British, peer system. The local farmers rebelled, local militia scared the shit out of them and they were dispersed - akin to the Beerhall Putsch. Ur correct tho, it did eventually lead (Lord Durham's Report) to responsible government. At the time of confederation Canada was comprised of (4) provinces. The CPR really was the national project that tied it all together. Arguably if the CPR hadn't settled the Prairie and B.C. the Manifest Destiny would have prevailed.
  20. The U.S. is projected to become so-called majority-minority within the next 15 years. Factors driving trend are rising black, Hispanic and Asian populations and lower birth rates amongst whites. For some, alarmingly, whites are expected to comprise less than 50 percent of the population. The so-called, most powerful country in the world will be of colored majority. Huge political impact, imagine the resentment amongst that majority. Guns, drugs, poverty, discrimination nostalgia ……… nay………. pure RAGE! A potent mix in a country of 400 million. South Africa revisited ………. It’s coming. GUN UP, baby. This’ll be the mood……….. Bing Videos
  21. ................ him and his whelps are rumored to be teaching 'insider trading'.
  22. .............. I believe the argument is magnitude .........x100 violations. "I.C.E." agents are legally immune" / Stephen Miller.
  23. ............ def agree that today the United(?) States is an enigma. 😨
  24. Ur referring to Proposition 50. Proposition 50 was in response to Trump urging Texas and other Repub-controlled states to redraw their congressional maps to engineer new districts that would likely deliver more Republicans to the House. In a normal world congressional maps are redrawn after a census. That norm has disappeared at the behest of the PRESIDENT. .........wall street and main street are two very different cats. Especially when ur starving Main street is political.
  25. ............. most agree that Trump is intimidated by Carney's international stature. The 'stature' thing is something PP doesn't possess. Surely ur too astute to believe anything Trump says .......... he's all about the Kansas City shuffle.
