I'm more inclined to say it's only for Trump's enrichment, but not many seem to care about that anymore because it's become so commonplace. On Monday ~$580 million dollars in oil futures were shorted and sold in the minutes before Trump announced on his TS site that he was delaying strikes on Iran, who denied talking to the US. Oil moved downward and some profited greatly. You'd have to be pretty naive to think Trump had nothing to do with that, and isn't profiting from it somehow.

If you tried reading a bit more you'd have learned that AC's CEO was summoned to Ottawa by The House of Commons Standing Committee on Official languages, not Carney, who I'm sure has more pressing things to attend to than this. Better still, if you chose to have read more you'd have learned that the Committee on Official languages consists on liberals, conservatives and a bloc. Minor details....
