Rule #1 in business - be profitable. It's a small percentage that at the end of the day won't even be noticed. No competitive advantages or disadvantages though for companies in that digital space, which is virtually everyone. Granted you could go down to Home Depot, Walmart, etc and avoid that tax....

Not sure which companies or sectors you're referring to but nobody is using Canada as an immigration hub. The US has enough immigrants for companies to support those low paying jobs and has the H-1B visa for non-immigrants in specialty occupations. Tariffs are simply a tax imposed by one country to another for goods and services imported....and has nothing to do with immigration laws. -
Absolutely agree that having the knowledge of upcoming government regulatory, tax or legal changes gives a significant and unfair advantage for an investor. Insider trading was the accusation/inference though...which is factually incorrect. Not aware but will look up rule you mention. I was an insider in my past life and we had a trading window of 8 days to sell which was only after quarterly earnings became public. Unsure how they would do similar with politicians...other than making it mandatory to disclose buys/sells immediately?

Your white hat is too tight... Oil/gas isn't going anywhere as long as anyone alive today is still on this planet. Don't worry, there will be gas to fill your ICE vehicle in 10 years. Not much of an argument saying it's a liberal thing why auto manufacturers are going EV. GM is targeting 2035 to be 100% EV. They sell ~63k vehicles in Canada of the ~2.7m they produce annually so highly doubtful they're doing this because of liberals. Every other manufacturer is going to be fully EV sometime in the 2030's. Don't worry, enough gas will around for your ICE and cross burning parties.

The Canadian Economic Winter

So what you’re saying is that somewhat the reverse of the US…. Who has the domestic consumption but the lack of infrastructure , industry and supply chain to fill the demand without trade. Canada may see a recession and stagflation, same as the US will if both economies keep tracking in the same direction. DST bullsh*t from Trump is nothing more than his typical so-called negotiating style. The incompetent child and his equally inept trade negotiators forgot, or didn’t even know this was slated to come into effect. Absolutely comical that this band of idi)ts is negotiating for the largest economy on the planet. Embarrassing is probably a more fitting word…. -
One thing that I've noticed when you get into so-called debates with idi0ts like you is that they generally keep trying to say you said something to get the convo as twisted as their mind runs. No, I never at all said ban most commonly owned guns. I got my hunters safety license at the ripe age of 14 and hunted and/or shot trap/skeet for a lot of years. Not my thing anymore but on the rare occasion we'll get out target shooting. So yeah, not an expert by any means, but I know enough about guns. No, I didn't know, or better said even think about reloading a shot gun while is being used.... I'm not surprised, but that is an idi0tic way to twist around. So your solution to the problem is just give everyone a gun. So stunned...

You may want to digest what you read.... I've said assault style weapons throughout. If someone showed up with a pump action shotgun they'll get off 3 to 5 shots, which is all a typical shotgun will hold. That's what.... Yeah, folks like me who don't see the need for assault weapons being available to anyone are totally dishonest... I understand what a gun is fool and have said guns don't kill, people do. Ban assault style weapons first, then we'll talk about hunting guns and handguns at a later date if necessary.

I don't know her IQ or general acumen, but guessing it's at least 4 fold more than yours. Appears to me that she had a very successful career, by any standards. Have to have a bit of intelligence to get where she did, don't you think. So it's only her and democrats the only ones in congress who approved funding? No republicans would have dared using any of the same insight would they have. Use your head man....

Then your buddy Nationalist did.... Stupid question don't you think....what makes me a gun owner is that I have 4 guns....22, 308 and 12-guage. No 20-guage hand-me-down though. I agree that semi-automatic and automatic assault weapons should be banned, yes. End of the day and old saying....guns don't kill people, people do. If someone has that twisted urge a lot less people will be killed with a bolt action gun that will have a lot less bullets coming out of it than a semi or automatic assault rifle.

Then don't post a vid about gun control if you don't want to hear a rebuttal about your national gun problem. Yeah, I'm a gun owner who agrees assault style weapons should be banned, so what. That only a left thing? A hell of a lot less bullets come out of a pump action, lever, bolt action gun than an automatic assault weapon. Think about it.... It's your video....
