He did not take gifts from someone who had business before the court or in making decisions that they had a direct interest in. It is not a matter of not as bad. Trump is not suffering from any of those conditions as Biden is. You are just rewording what being old means. Almost everyone is in a particular state of decline... as we are all aging every moment of our lives.
