These would be targetted arrests in homes for people with that warrant and order, both from a Judge. What they do not have is a very specific home arrest warrant giving them explicit permission to enter a home... and guess what, you will not like this part... but this is not a criminal case. This is not a Law and Order episode where if the Police enter without a warrant the case gets thrown out because the evidence obtained and arrest were wrongfully executed... this is an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT with an order of removal.
