Standing in the middle of the road obstructing. Refusing to get out of the road. Posturing up on the Officer as he pushed him out of the road. Once the officers began grabbing him, he resisted. He fought. He was grabbing onto another girl there, trying to keep from being grabbed. He continued to struggle as they were taking him to the ground.

I did not offer "internet info" I offered: I give you reputable sources from military leaders who are evaluating cold hard data, metrics and methodology they share on how they review reports of obituaries, funerals, troop movements, deployments, military intelligence from the battlefield, etc... to come up with estimates of deaths that are all reported on by reputable news outlets. What do you think drones are doing? They are killing people. They fly into bunkers, trenches, vehicles, over troops, and blow them up. Drones are not preventing people from dying, they are making it more efficient and cheap to kill them.

I am on the fence in calling it "justified" inasmuch as the guy should have been shot, but a tragic mistake perpetrated by his unlawful actions, yes. I am waiting to see if the facts bear out that he was disarmed, but as I have pointed out, we are all watching this from cell phone videos for hours long after this happened, going frame by frame. The officers who were not doing that, but were instead fighting with the man on the ground, did not have that luxury. Do you hide like a coward from people there, too?

Let me give you some advice: If you plan on going to a "protest" event where you also plan on obstructing and fighting with LEO when they try to remove you, leave your gun at home. It is literally in the articles you provided. Their ruling was that there was no emergency, but there was clearly probable cause to arrest, and that the DOJ has other avenues for relief.

Shows a man who assaulted an Officer WHILE ARMED, then fighting to resist arrest WHILE ARMED, and in doing so, officers feared for their lives, shooting him in self-defense. This is common sense stuff Robo and I can't stress this enough: If you are going to fight Law Enforcement, don't do it while armed. If you plan to fight Law Enforcement and obstruct them and otherwise be an agitator, do not do it while armed.
