That is not how it went down at all. The man was making direct deadly threats to Biden and others. An FBI SWAT team went to his home and demanded he exit over loud speaker. He refused to exit, yelling expletives at them. They had a warrant for his arrest. They attempted to breach the home, failed, then a window, and then that is when he was shot after agents seen he had a gun and reported he pointed it at them.

"They" did not disarm him. This all happened in a matter of seconds. The fact that one agent does appear to have disarmed him doesn't change that the others clearly thought he did have a gun, reacted that way together as they appeared to scream GUN, back off, and then shoot him. Listen, this is pretty straight forward stuff, if you plan on obstructing and fighting with police, don't do it while armed. Hell, you shouldn't do it anyhow, but when you do, you are increasing the likelyhood of making it a deadly encounter. I am not excusing anything away, I am pointing out what happened. It was tragic, it was awful, and is why if you carry concealed, you should not be stupid like this.
