Our SCOTUS has said that free speech ends when you call for violence. So, calling conservatives fascists and nazis is free speech unless they expressly or strongly imply violence. I agree with SCOTUS.

If you can find an example of someone on the right committing unprovoked violence or assasinating an individual, you will never find hoards of the right celebrating.
