Your headline and story is a lie: Salem Media Group, Inc.’s (OTCQX: SALM) former publishing division, Regnery Publishing (together, “Salem”), published a film and book entitled 2000 Mules that examines allegations of voter fraud related to the 2020 presidential election. In publishing the film and the book, we relied on representations made to us by Dinesh D’Souza and True the Vote, Inc. (“TTV”) that the individuals depicted in the videos provided to us by TTV, including Mr. Andrews, illegally deposited ballots. We have learned that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has cleared Mr. Andrews of illegal voting activity in connection with the event depicted in 2000 Mules. Salem got sued and did not discount the accusations of fraud but acknowledged that Mr. Anderson was found to be innocent: CNN  —   Salem Media Group, the right-wing talk radio network owner, issued a public apology and said it would stop distributing a discredited 2020 election conspiracy theory film after a Georgia man wrongly accused of voter fraud sued the company for defamation.  The Georgia man, Mark Andrews, said in his 2022 lawsuit that “2000 Mules,” a film and book by far-right activist Dinesh D’Souza contained a string of bogus claims about the 2020 election, leading to threats of violence against him and his family. The movie relied heavily on circumstantial evidence and showed videos as examples of what fraud might look like. In so doing, they implicated at least one person that was cleared by Georgia. However, the conclusion that there was voter fraud is not part of Salem's statement. Further, this type of fraud was previously revealed in a NY Post article that interviewed a Democratic Party operative. Since many of them maintained an address in Florida, to avoid state income tax, military voters were credited with helping GWB win Florida. You shouldn't have full faith in our society. The judge raised money for his campaign on this trial. His daughter raised millions for the dnc on this trial. The AAUSA switched state level just to work on this trial. The FEC said nothing illegal was done. The state of NY said nothing was wrong. Bragg, himself said nothing was wrong. But Biden, the tin pot dictator, needed campaign material. So he sent the AAUSA to NY and changed Bragg's mind. Then they picked a jurisdiction that had almost Noone voting for Trump. Then, their star witness, the only one that said Trump approved the deal was convicted of perjury and caught lying on the witness stand and countered by a defense witness that had documentation the Cohen lied. Yet, they convicted him of crimes that had run the statute of limitations to cover up a felony the federal government said didn't occur. Why would you have faith in that? Our system is only as good as the people in it. When the people are corrupt, the system is corrupt. It's rare when they just flat out admit it.

That's not how it works. The jury has to be unanimous on the charge and the guilt. They can't just say "well, he must be guilty of something." Further, Trump didn't know what he was charged with until the jury instructions. That's highly unusual.
