Are the Democrats an Actual Cult?
gatomontes99 replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Did you forget all the democrats that said Harris was incompetent and shouldn't be the nominee? Did you forget about the democrats that called Biden a zionist? I mean, those rose colored glasses clearly have a bias here. -

Yeah, but did you include tone? Tone matters. -
Donald Trump Lied About Olympic Boxer
gatomontes99 replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I like how Kamala can say data just disappears into the sky and we can grab it later and that is just fine. But Trump repeats what is all over the news but changes slightly and suddenly he's stupid. The funny thing is, I know you don't care that you are a hypocrite. -
The source was the Minnesota NG. Justthenews was just reporting what the Minnesota NG said. Your attempt to negate facts because of what website listed them is transparent. You can't debate on the facts so you choose to attack the source. https://www.washingtonpost.com/elections/2024/08/07/tim-walz-military-record/ https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/national-guard-disputes-tim-walzs-military-biography/ar-AA1opbDD So there is WaPo and Newsweek reporting on his demotion. Need more?

Trump Admits to Accepting Bribe

So Trump jokes he can't say anything bad about Tesla and the left cries that he's taking a bribe. Joe Biden actually took bribes for policy decisions and that's fine. -

Well, the truth is in opposition to what you claim. NPR: "It's just a basic fact — you look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC — the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children,” Vance continued. “And how does it make any sense that we've turned our country over to people who don't really have a direct stake in it?" Is it not fair to say that people with no stake in the future shouldn't plan our future? It isn't a disqualifying factor from a constitutional aspect. As a voter, though, shouldn't we consider whether or not people with no stake in the future are concerned about the future? -

And we are the weird ones? Find anyone in America that hasn't talked about childless cat ladies! For gawd's sake, it was a running skit on the Simpsons. -

So you admit you are pathetic and followed that up with more equivocating. -
Uh no, he didn't turn it down. He quit after being awarded the position. He just didn't finish the requirements so he was demoted to reflect his true finishing position. I never said that it was untoward or unusual. I said that his insistence that he held the higher position when he never fully qualified for it is a lie.

Dude, that WEIRD meme is going to go down as the greatest failure in political history. Ducaucus is dancing in the street because his tank ride just got bumped to #2. The WEIRD meme has been confiscated by the right and used to brutally and savagely attack the left. Do you really think the average American thinks that the guy that grew up in poverty, found a way to go to an ivy league school, served in the Marines, built a business and now is running for VP is weird, but the gov that put tampons in boys rooms and the cackling VP are the normal ones? Because if you do, you should keep doing that. -

Did your emotional support teddy tell you to say that? So pathetic. -
He was demoted from command sergeant. What I said about his classes was that he didn't finish them. I wasn't faulting him for that. I was giving you the facts. He left before he finished. That is why he was demoted. As for Trump, I dont know if he had spurs or not. Those can be fixed. But I would seriously doubt the military would just accept his word. They probably had some evidence like a medical record. Either way, he didn't lie about serving. We all know you are trying to equivocate to distract from your nominees lack of qualifications.

Lol...yeah...that's going to happen. Hate to tell you this, but Walz and Vance are a lock because a few states are already closed for registering to be on the ballot. One of the candidates would have to be incapable of serving (like they died or are in a comma),for those states to consider changing the ballot. Vance ain't going no where. Plus, he's bad a$$. -
I said he lied about being a Command Seargant. I didn't say anything about him not finishing the classes. Again, he's lying about it and you are making excuses for it. I didn't serve. But I didn't lie about it either. Trump didn't serve. He didn't lie about it. JD served in a hostile country and didn't lie about his role. Harris didn't serve and didn't lie about it. The only one lying about their service is Walz.
