I think what is telling is ABC's response, they only denied giving the questions to the Harris campaign. They didn't deny any of the other allegations.

At the very least if true the Trump campaign could sue for breach of contract. Then there will consequences where they will lose access to every Republican and if Trump wins he could have their press credentials stripped from their reporters and they won't be allowed in the press room. They sure as hell won't host another debate anytime soon, I doubt even the Democrats would trust them to host a primary debate.

Harris dictated what questions couldn't be asked and that Trump be fact checked and not her. She received "sample" question that essentially were the questions that would be asked just written differently. Essentially said that the Harris campaign negotiated terms with ABC without Trumps knowledge. Some were things like they would give her favorable angles during the split screen and that she was given a smaller podium than Trump to make her look bigger. The kicker is he sent out the documents of what ABC was going to do before the debate, so he can show he had prior knowledge when his predictions came true.

She can't just attack she is the incumbent and she needs to defend her and Biden's record and clearly articulate her plan forward. She doesn't have the luxury of a primary where she had to fight for her nomination she was handed it. Right now she just has the anti Trump vote and not the Kamala vote and I don't think that will end up being enough for her when the smoke clears.

If I were Trump I would let Kamala run her mouth about it for about a week or two then Trump can come out and say he has accepted a debate with Fox News and see if she accepts.
