Trump mania is very akin to what Evangelicals have heard since the Civil War in their Preachers, particularly those whose followers accompany them from town to town, state to state, seemingly to set up a Tent, pass around new Flyers, (and the "Donations hat"), and listen to the new Word of THEIR God...one who only approves of their very narrow slice of Christianity , the Preacher buying into their gullibility and raking in the bucks as long as he can get them to donate, deflecting all their questions on where exact my their money is going by inventing a Demon or Devil pertinent to that Congregation, setting up a continuing reason to keep funding that program, then moving on to the next town, and repeating it, eventually building a Community of New Believers...and a Cash Cow . So why do they stay and fight the imaginary Devil or Demon? Why...when they know it likely isn't break do they stay? Because its a CULT of Stupidity and in that Cult they see themselves faith Power to fix everything wrong with their dull lives, and blame their hereditary enemies. They see the head Preacher as their Messiah and see no wring in what they do, who they are, or why they do it. Any story at all they are told by their Messiah they will jump on the band wagon and wave their flags , drink a bunch of beer, then fall stupified into their bforeds, wake-up, work at their dull.lives, and then "come awake" again when the Messiah starts speaking again, and again they donate their cash, because even if they have the sense to know their lives will not improve under the Messiah , they will continue to follow the course and donate until n they are broke because the Messiah IS the ONLY thing in their lives that they can rally around for H O P E, abd because they are too embarrassed to just say NO MORE to the preacher and move on...because their lives are so dull , they have nothing else, not do their neighbor's. Old things they used to derive fun from...like bowling leagues, like football games between rival companies they do "every year", like Cheerleader events run by aged Song leaders of the local High School from the prior decade, still daydreaming of high school crushes in yellowed photos hanging in grimy walled bars where " everybody knows" hangs out and get drunk on Saturday nights with Preacher, Messiah and the Donations Collectors. This decade has seen the arrival of such a Messiah. His name is Trump. The Preacher is like Johnson , and the sheep of the Republican party are the followers.

Thus is so hilarious a proposition of what a real Motion of Defence is in any Court of Law in the entire Country that it will be laughed at in every law school in the USA for the next hundred years! Trump's attorneys though have filed exactly that Motion To "compel the Prosecution" to disregard any and all Prosecution witnesses , strike their testimony, and make it a Court Order that none of it be allowed whatsoever in any hearing in which Trump appears as a defendant." This is so LUDICROUS a Motion that if it is actually presented on paper it will serve as a virtual guarantee that it will 1. Be DENIED entirely 2. Be the grounds for a Bar Court proceeding of incompetent Practice of Law and Potential Disbarrment for any of Trumps attorneys who sign it, plus Sanctions ( monetary charges for insulting or wasting a Courts time, insulting or being rude to a Judge or Court Official, lying in Court ( plus Perjury charges), etc. 3. Virtually guarantee Trumps case will be viewed With Prejudice which will drive up the fines amount .

Court of Appeals for defrauding the voters and Election Committee and all citizens of Michigan for claiming " massive election fraud cost Donald Trump the victory of the 2020 Election . This statement confirming it WAS entirely FRAUD on the part of these two attorneys "..and a group of attorneys they led.." was given by the Michigan State Supreme Court to whom they brought their appeal after first being declared fraudulent by the U. S. 6th Circuit Court. ,in fact the Supreme Court was unusually terse in their statement of refusal to even hear the Appeal, rejecting it and the "...frivolous claims of ( attorneys Powell and Linwood). and remanding it back to the 6th Circuit Court for determination of Judgement, fines and ethics violations plus referral to the State Bar Associations for further damages and Bar License Reviews ( meaning each could lose their future ability to practice law at all).

What if Trump had a fund raising group for a number of years set up to try to overturn Election results in someone else's race, not his own? And...What if that fund was as illegal as his other past campaign funding groups but this time set up solely to discredit, harass, threaten an Election Official in that State because they refused to change the results of the vote in that state and the refusing official was an ethical Conservative Republican who refused Trumps demand , and thus earned himself the anger of Trump such that Trump set up said group "Save America " as a Threat to that Official and as another way to launder money and circumvent legal limits on contributions and expenditures in his campaign money? Guess what....HE DID. He created the group to circumvent campaign finance laws and threaten Robin Vos who Trump saw as someone of his own party that turned against Trump by refusing to certify Trump as the winning number of votes in Wisconsin. The WISCONSIN Election Ethics Committee is investigating now and if proven, it carries Felony charges with prison and $10,000 fine. Funny, Trump "could" cover that measly fine out of pocket change.....but the FELONY charge? It might be the proverbial straw that breaks the prison door lock for Trump.

Per Federal law, the bankruptcy is not a given. That means the Court will look at the crimes committed, finger with other judges and any person it wants bro to prove the character of the claimed is not and has not in any bankruptcy case before, " lied about his financial records, A failed to.provide adequate information in his total assets, ...committee a bankruptcy crime such as perjury....". I think Trump would have a very difficult time trying to claim he needs to file still another bankruptcy, and try to scoot out from under paying judgements levied by these Courts. I rather suspect you are correct in what you say Cuomo did, there was a lot of panic in the Covid year. I had it that year too. My local VA however refused to admit anyone ...left us on our own, couldn't even get my meds refilled that were critical. 5 months if excuses and they finally reopened ....I heard from nurse practitioners all over the country begging for basic supplies to keep themselves safe as one by one, their staffs dropped like flies or melted away, too fearful to come to work. TRUMP claimed in his town halls this past month that NATO is not spending enough on its own defense and relies on the USA to pay most of it instead. Trump loves to juggle those figures doesn't he? Offhand I'd say TRUMP IS CLUELESS about anything financially related.

We do have very significant and complex laws in America protecting our Insurers and Banking and other financial interests . The problem with Trump and his family and Organization and businesses is that he united those laws by.lying so well that Smoke and Mirrors became a shell game for him, he was always moving money from onecorporation to another, using a Ponzi Scam alike scheme to keep just ahead ..in paper...by claiming his worth was in the billions...when in actuality ..as we see now in his delaying tactics, was rarely more than $400 million, and it's likely a lot.if that was inflated on earlier financial structures he cheated on, again hiding it all by moving quickly enough so the banking reviewers and Securities and Exchange fund managers never caught him in enough hot water to make everything stick enough to nail him for all of it in Court where his stalling tactics would be caught...as you see in the two Civil Trials he lost already. This is, incidentallty, is how all large Organized Crime makes money. The MAFIA runs Organized Crime syndicates ( like branches) world wide.

Trump's design for his $400 gold colored sneakers, that he has already "sold out" online before they physically even have been made or shipped to their purchasers, will NEVER BE MADE, or shipped, and NO more " will be available", as you can bet that the huge multi-billionnare conglomerate of Louis Vuitton will file a huge TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT lawsuit against Trump and the Trump business Organization . This will lead to still more legal costs, plus still another Judgement against Trump, Plus very possibly Trademark slander ...which is a complaint which adds damages to a case where a Trademark holder can show that the infringer knew they were infringing on their design but did it anyway AND profited from it. In this case Trump KNEW the red soles on sneakers are world widely acknowledged to be the sole owner trademark of Louis Vuitton. In addition now to paying the currently due fines, etc from his other two Judgments against him totalling now close to half a billion dollars, add in Trademark Infringement, with prejudice, and all the litigation fees for that, plus opposing counsels defense fees and costs very likely as well, and whatever THAT Court awards Louis Vuitton! Oh, and any of you..trumpettes who actually put out more of your hard earned cash for more Trump snake oil in these.... sneaky footwear.... quickly now...cancel that credit order before he cashes it!

I have never "rioted, looted, assaulted people or burnt down buildings", so take those accusations and shove them up your nose. The Court however assigned both a Court Monitor and a Special Assessment Manager ( another Judge who specializes in such things) who us already determining what chunks if his buildings, businesses, and other assets and bank accounts will be seized to pay the ever- mounting Judgement whether Trump agrees or not.
