TRUMP once again has had his claptrap attorneys file a Motion to delay, stall, and block the District Attorney and other Legal Officials from demanding he pay his Court Losses, or lose as much of his companies as it takes to pay the settlements, plus DAILY interest accruing since the trial at 9% per year. And ONCE AGAIN the COURT has Denied it. In fact there us NO legal way that Trump can proceed in ANY such delay, stall, stay, tactic and get away with it...and...he MUST pay a bond of $5 million dollars to even be allowed to file an Appeal....but what? No Money? Trump us ....broke? Where are the Billions Trump claimed the past 8 years he's worth? In actuality....HE NEVER HAD IT in the first place....he LIED ..and thought he would get away with it if he presented enough Smoke and Mirrors.....well, the real world has hit Trump in his ONE always vulnerable part, his butt. Trump has made that one body part his mouthpiece for years, have you ever really.listened to him? He's stupid, can't make ONE intelligent sentence without something self congratulatory in it, ( if not 3 or 4), he slurs his words, and never speaks above a 4th grade mentality. Now he wants, even tries to demand, that the Court and Judge he's been insulting for the past year should just give him another 30 days so he can file a Motion to Appeal his other Motions and any Judgements and Court Orders and use that to stall, once again, any further movement of the district attorney to start chopping up his actual concrete assets....not the fake ones he's presented to his followers - and he knows the outcome will leave him with little left of his once fake and glitter grandeur . and, the Court has DENIED him this. What does this mean for his casino's, his lavish ( if much smaller than claimed) homes, his personal $10,000 portrait of himself hanging on the wall of Mar Largo? His boat, his plane, his cars, his many shell companies ( who were not selling seashells by the seashore but corruption ), it means they all get sold . What a shame! A seemingly and suspiciously polite Trump and his newest attorneys have filed a Motion to Stay the Courts collection by the Independent Director of Compliance appointed by the Court to dissolve and sell iff his companys assets and hus available funds to pay the over $450 million dollar judgement of the civil fraud trial he lost and the E. G. Cartoon take trial he also lost.....giving no legal reason at all in his document except to "request a 30 day stay". Judge Engoron was not moved by Trump's request and Trump MUST post at least a $5 million cash bond to even file the Appeal and has NOT done that either since he seems not to want to post it from his own pocket and no one will stand in surety FOR him and guarantee he'd pay it back.....so much for his claims of being a billionaire....his followers are getting a rude awakening that it is indeed THEIR MONEY that he has been using to maintain his billionaire image and keep still another fantasy of his life out of their knowledge. The billionaire has no money, and no one will loan him any on his very empty promises and lies.

This Court grants SANCTIONS against Attorneys Powell and L. Lin Linwood, and in addition demands both to their respective Bar Associations for further discipline. ". District Court by plaintiff attorneys Powell and Linwood and were rejected, and they subsequently brought it up on Appeal to the U. S.
