What is it with needing to be where there's more people or to rush to where everyone else is headed??? I lived on the outskirts of NYC and grew up in the busy suburbs of Long Island but really enjoy living on my large piece of wilderness in Upstate NY now and not having to see anyone but my family unless I drive out of my 1/4 mile road.

I love the terrain in WV. Beautiful state, mountain ranges, nature. But when you come to a town/village all you see is dirt, closed down shuttered businesses. The people really aren't that bad but there seems to be an inherent laziness that permeates the region. Ever since coal companies were done raping the land in WV it's never been the same.
