  1. This should be a lot of fun for everyone here. Finger wagging from the gun grabbers and a lot of I TOLDYA SOs from the Constitutionalists. https://www.foxnews.com/us/virginia-teacher-shot-6-year-old-identified-parents-demand-action Virginia teacher shot by 6-year-old identified, parents demand action A 6-year-old first-grader at an elementary school in Newport News, Virginia shot a teacher on Friday afternoon during an altercation in a classroom, authorities said, leaving her with "life-threatening" injuries and renewing calls from parent's for greater classroom safety and oversight. The 6-year-old boy shot 30-year-old Abigail Zwerner, a first-grade teacher at Richneck Elementary School. She was rushed to Riverside Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries following the incident. Here's the victim: Apparently Newport News is no stranger to gun violence in public schools. Before Friday's incident at Richneck Elementary School there were shootings at two other schools within the Newport News Public Schools system that shook the community in the past 17 months. In Sept. 2021 a 16-year-old fired several shots in a busy hallway inside Heritage High School during lunchtime, injuring two 17-year-olds In December 2021, 18-year-old Demari Batten fatally shot 17-year-old Justice Dunham in the parking lot of Menchville High School after a football game, also within the Newport News Public Schools system. For the numbskull gun grabbers, GUN LAWS WERE VIOLATED HERE. https://lawyerinc.com/virginia-gun-laws/ Persons who may not own a gun in Virginia Gun ownership is a protected Second Amendment right in Virginia, however, gun control laws restrict the definition of who may own a gun in the state. It’s easier to start with a list of those who may not own a gun. You must be 18 years of age or older to own a firearm. It’s illegal for anyone under age 18 to own a gun. Other persons ineligible for gun ownership are those who were involuntarily admitted to a facility for mandatory outpatient treatment, who voluntarily entered a facility, or a person who was found incompetent to stand trial and likely to remain so for mental health reasons. Persons acquitted of a crime because of insanity and who were committed to the commissioner of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services may not own a gun. Those who are legally ruled incapacitated or incompetent, or who are subject to a protective order may not own a gun. Persons convicted of two misdemeanor offenses for controlled substances within a 36-month consecutive period, who are subject to an emergency substantial risk order, or who have been convicted of a felony may not own a gun. Those adjudicated as juvenile delinquents 14 years and older for specific violent crimes, and those in the class under the age of 29, who would have faced felony charges as an adult may not own a firearm in Virginia. You must be 18 years or older with no record of felony convictions, drug-related convictions, mental health diagnoses, or record of violent crimes as a juvenile 14 years and older to be eligible to legally own a gun in Virginia. The laws attempt to prohibit gun ownership for those most likely to commit a violent crime with a firearm. Obvious questions here: 1. A FRIKKEN FIRST GRADER? 2. Was this kid in some kind of youth gang? Do they even exist at that age? 3. What put the idea of shooting a teacher in the mind of this little animal? (That's right, snowflakes. Regardless of age, if you shoot a teacher you're an animal.) 4. If this animal's parents (probably a single mother) LEGALLY owned that gun, is there any legal liability the city of NewPort News can use to go after the parent? (For the legal buffs here, that means researching local appellate court case law to see if parents can be held at least civilly responsible for the actions of their kids. 5. Assuming the child didn't tell the parent he was going to shoot a first grade teacher, the kid obviously took the gun without permission. Is the parent guilty of breaking ANY gun laws, either in Newport News or the blue state of Virginia? Have fun, folks.
  2. You apparently don't read anything or watch anything other than THE VIEW. Here's the Republican agenda for America from the House: https://nypost.com/2022/11/12/gop-house-agenda-immigration-budget-and-hunter-biden/ If they manage it, the GOP will have the power to hamstring President Biden’s legislative agenda for the next two years, tamp down his spending, and investigate his administration, the Biden family, and even the chief executive himself. “Now we have to deliver,” said Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), pointing to the party’s “Commitment to America” election platform that promised to expand domestic energy production, repeal the 87,000-agent expansion of the IRS, and probe Biden’s Justice Department and the origins of COVID-19. Immigration and border security — which this week’s Golden/TIPP poll cited as the main concern of 38% of those surveyed, including 21% of Democrats — will likely be at the top of the Republican to-do list if they nail down the win.
  3. Trump WON the election on legal votes. And yes there are really stupid, ignorant humans out there who believe somehow a racist pedophile criminal named Biden somehow got all those votes LEGALLY. Not ALL humans are superior. Those on the left certainly aren't.
  4. So if you had a job I wanted, is it okay for me to kill you? (For my own convenience) If not, explain what it is in the United States Constitution that makes YOUR life more precious than that of a BABY.
  5. So you believe in slavery. You believe a BABY is never a human life, even an hour after it is born. Sieg Heil, Nazi.
  6. Florida's biggest tourist attraction came from GOD, and surrounds this state. The Disney story is funny. Walt screwed up by building the main gate on the property line in Anaheim. So every cockroach of a gift shop/cheap motel built right up to the main gate. Walt bought hundreds of thousand of square miles in central Florida, where you have to drive through miles of wilderness to get to each Disney attraction. And the California/Disney "miracle" has turned Orlando into a crowded, crime infested hell hole, just like most of California. And Disney World's tourists are fewer and fewer every year, as central Florida becomes more congested and more expensive to live in. Spring breakers do not come to Disney. They come to Florida's beaches.
  7. He's no worse than Unelected Joe, the WORST liar of all time.
  8. Humans are more advanced than ANY creature. Humans are able to build devices that allow them to survive not only under water, under ground, in the air, but ALSO IN OUTER SPACE. Name an insect who created a space ship that would enable it to walk on the moon.
  9. The dysfunctional bunch is the DemoNazis, who inflicted this country with runaway inflation, historically highest gasoline prices, record highest crime rates, an open southern border. The dysfunctional has been replaced by the Republicans.
  10. Any moe ron can create a chart. So far, you have not presented ANY credible charts. Earth to Uneducated Blue STater: ANY IMBECILE CAN CREATE A CHART.
  11. You're just stupid and can't handle the truth. And when someone doesn't goose step in your path of ignorance you want to send that fool to the prison camps. I know more than you do. Florida third graders know more than you do. As far as understanding Communism and Nazism, I have a superior education to yours. I actually know how to read. You don't. When I accuse you goose steppers of being Nazis, it is DIRECTLY related to your ideology and your tactics. You prove it every time you melt down after I kick your Nazi ass in yet another argument. There's nothing sad about my life. I live in Florida, the best educated state in America. I don't have to hate people. I'm not a Nazi. You are. All you have at this forum is your goose stepping HATE. You are totally intolerant of ANYONE with views different from your Mein Kampf bullschitt.
  12. Show me an insect who built a hospital.
  13. WRONG. Trump brought back manufacturing jobs that Democrats sent overseas.
  14. There is no such thing as a MAGA far right loony. MAGA types work jobs and pay taxes so you can get your welfare checks every month. What we are seeing is historic human drama unfolding. At some point, McCarthy (who made his own bed by voting with Nazi Pelosi) will have to sign papers including the Freedom Caucus in pretty much every House decision, since the Freedom Caucus makes up most of America. McCarthy will have to move more to the right (towards the center) to get the acceptance of MOST OF AMERICA who basically flipped the House from the Nazis to Republicans. I look at the bright side. NONE of the members of the House are able to vote, pass any tax increases or any further encroachments on our liberty and our economy until there is a Speaker, because THEY CANNOT BE SWORN IN. America is getting a nice little break from Nazi government while Republicans get it together. I'm not surprised by this at all. Republicans are the most independent thinkers in America. Hell, we can't even agree on lunch. Democrats are goose stepping NAZIS who will fall in line at ANY funny looking leader with a mustache. Freedom and liberty are messy. We have to pay a price for our ability to live our lives without the jack boots of the DemoNazis on our throats. I'm in NO hurry to see this played out. When it IS resolved, maybe these Republicans can reverse the Obama/Biden Fourth Reich and fix our economy, as well as our leaking borders.
  15. That article is ludicrous and not based on ANY reliable science whatsoever. It assumes whoever read it has a third grade education and has NEVER opened a history book. Humanity has become so prosperous (at least in the United States) that it has decided to PAY the absolute DUMBEST individuals of all time to have babies and lose the father. Failing to get a large enough underclass to elect Democrats every season, the politicians have actually invited the dumbest, laziest, (and usually criminals) to violate our borders, so they can get welfare checks and Democrat voting cards. I agree such a scenario may present a challenge to the continued survival of humans on the earth (when the absolute DUMBEST are being put front and center) but you never know. For every Joy Behar, there is an Elon Musk. For every unelected Biden, there is a LEGALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT TRUMP. The planet may not be as bad off as you think especially considering that most of the living species live UNDER WATER, since most of the surface of the planet IS WATER.
  16. Look at when Malthus was alive. 1766-1834. There was no longer a New World. It was called the United States of America. The economy of this fledgling society was expanding so fast that Democrats had stepped up the need for buying more slaves. Africa was cashing in on the slave trade. Hell, even freed slaves in America got their own farms and BOUGHT THEIR OWN SLAVES to run them. At that time, transportation was fueled chiefly by crops that took ACRES to grow. Michael Crichton once said that fossil fuels replaced hay as a fuel for transportation and it didn't take any massive government programs or actions to carry that out. The market was ready. Crichton said that when the market is ready (AND NOT BEFORE) alternative means of fuel will replace fossil fuels. (And the earth has 200 years worth of oil, by the way.) The closest human life came to extinction was NOT due to food issues but rather the incompetence of the American Democrat Party. Presidents like FDR gave the Soviet Union most of eastern Europe. Incompetent presidents like Jimmy Carter allowed the Soviets to advance their causes and their nuclear weapons arsenal and the end of all life on earth could have been a flick of the switch away had Ronald Reagan not been elected in a historic landslide. I agree there are scenarios for the end of humanity. Malthus and Ehrlich were proven incorrect in their assumptions. But that doesn't mean it's impossible.
  17. Homo Sapiens going extinct is a distinct possibility. It is such a small and insignificant group of mammals on a planet where most of its creatures live under water. Even the Christian Bible has a scenario for Homo Sape leaving this rock.
  18. Boys and girls, I have ZERO problem with effective gun control. But it has to be gun control that is aimed ONLY at criminals. A few years after Florida decided to grow a brain and quit electing Democrat governors, our legislature and Governor Jeb Bush passed a bill called 10-20-LIFE. It was (and still is) the ONLY reasonable gun control law on ANY books in the United State because it targets ONLY the criminal. Bring a gun to a crime and you get ten years automatically. Fire the gun at a crime and you get TWENTY years automatically. If you shoot someone, (whether he/she dies or not) LIFE IMPRISONMENT automatically. Unlike Nazi gun laws like in Chicago (which have had ZERO EFFECT ON VIOLENT CRIME) the Florida law targets ONLY the criminal. And I'm sure there will be some more onz here who will have a problem targeting ONLY CRIMINALS with gun control. I'll even go a step further. Illegal aliens should NOT be permitted to own or even TOUCH a firearm. Simple possession of a gun should mean instant deportation of the animal.
  19. You didn't answer the question. Is it okay for a RAPED 13 year old to go five weeks without reporting the rape? Or the incest? I've given up on you woke Nazis somehow finding any problem with a PREGNANT 13 YEAR OLD. Apparently your standards have gone down the schitter. In a civilized world, a 13 year old pregnancy is a horrific event. The child, IN A CIVILIZED WORLD, is checked for pregnancy at the very FIRST signs, and the PARENTS carry that out. (Responsible parents, not ignorant sperm donors who cash welfare checks and watch THE VIEW every day in their trailer.) A RAPE of a 13 year old? In civilized times, that rape is reported INSTANTLY in any functioning community. The child is given a rape kit and a morning after pill to stop the pregnancy. And the rapist is usually found, arrested and sentenced to prison. Society at one time used to give a specific and harsh message for people wanting to have sex with minors. That is, before a racist pedophile was illegally elected president.
  20. Full employment means EVERYBODY HAS A JOB. Unemployment stats are compiled of people who file for unemployment. The Obama regime has a record of the HIGHEST number of people who have given up on looking for a job. Obama's employment numbers are the WORST since FDR.
  21. I consider the sources. In Florida we have an educated population, the greatest economy, the greatest schools and the smartest most popular governor in history. California is a third world schithole, with ZERO middle class, an exploding homeless population, an incompetent Governor, people leaving heroin needles and piles of human manure on the sidewalk and giving drivers licenses to illegal alien animals who violate the border. California has a no cash bail system for violent criminals, which means they are out on the streets. And if you trust ANY left wing source whatsoever to report on California's crime and economy with any kind of accuracy, you are just plain stupid/
  22. Nothing. Wiki is full of schite. And you must be high on meth. California (which lets in violent illegal aliens and gives them drivers licenses illegally) which has passed no cash bail policies in some places, WHICH HAS A MASSIVE EXODUS OF BUSINESS OWNERS LEAVING THE STATE BECAUSE OF VIOLENT CRIME, and somehow you think the murder rate has gone down in that third world hell hole? Are you high on crack?
  23. Yes, we figured out out. UnScientific American is a left wing gun grabbing rag. The facts, (from reliable sources) are different from USAM's opinions. https://www.uslawshield.com/has-gun-control-saved-lives/ In 2016, the U.S. Department of Justice released a survey of prison inmates detailing how they got their hands on the guns they used in crimes or had on them during the commission of crimes. The survey was done on a national level of both state and federal prisons. Of those who possessed firearms in the crimes they were currently doing time for, nearly 90 percent got their guns in ways that didn’t involve retail sales. The remaining 10 percent obtained guns through various other methods and “about 1.3% of prisoners obtained a gun from a retail source and used it during their offense.” Frequently, criminals admitted getting their guns by stealing them, with some claiming to have found the guns at the scene of the crime. Many also got their guns off the street in the form of an underground market. As for the so-called “gun show loophole,” only 0.8 percent reported getting their guns from gun shows. Takeaway: criminals do criminal acts to get their hands on guns. Hence, implementing further gun control laws seems unlikely to help matters. Gee! Speaking of heavy gun contolled states... States with strict gun control laws in place don’t necessarily have lower overall crime rates. For example, the state with the most school shootings is California, which, while it is the most populous state, has some of the most restrictive firearms laws in the country. Oh, I have even MORE scientific and reliable sources here: https://www.heritage.org/firearms/commentary/11-more-examples-how-firearms-save-gun-owners-lives-property Every month this year, we have highlighted just some of the many times law-abiding citizens used their firearms to defend themselves or others. (You can read past articles here: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October). Unsurprisingly, November was also replete with similar stories of Americans using guns to save lives and livelihoods. Nov. 2, Everett, Washington: A concealed-carry permit holder intervened to stop a mentally disturbed man who was endangering drivers by throwing chunks of concrete and metal pipes at cars passing by on the interstate. The man had damaged almost a dozen cars and was holding a large piece of metal when the permit holder drew his handgun and detained the man until police could arrive. One of the drivers whose car was damaged told reporters that she was thankful the permit holder saved her and other drivers from further harm. Nov. 5, Genesee County, New York: A 76-year-old man used his shotgun to fend off an armed home intruder, potentially saving both his life and the life of his wife. The man responded to a knock on his door during the night, only to have the intruder force his way inside at gunpoint and tell the couple to give him all their money or else he would kill them. The intruder then ordered the couple to go into the basement, where the man thought the intruder was going to kill them. Instead, the man was able to grab his loaded shotgun and shoot the intruder in the hip, then held him at gunpoint for 15 minutes until police could arrive. Nov. 7, Glen Burnie, Maryland: A man was feeding chickens in his yard when his bulldog began frantically barking, and he heard commotion from inside his home. He walked inside to find two acquaintances had broken in and, armed with a gun and a knife, were assaulting his girlfriend. The man grabbed an antique shotgun that he kept loaded “in case anything ever happens,” and fired at the attackers, injuring one and causing the other to run away. The man told reporters: “They could have shot and killed both of us, and then what? The guys could have got away scot-free. But no, I am an American. I’m going to have my gun, and I’m going to shoot [intruders] when they enter my house.” Nov. 10, Atascocita, Texas: A group of four masked would-be robbers charged into a jewelry store and began using hammers to smash into glass cases and grab expensive items. The storeowner saw the thieves from behind the one-way mirror in his office, grabbed his gun, and fired several rounds that wounded two thieves and sent all of them running. The four thieves were later arrested by law enforcement, and all of the stolen items were recovered. Nov. 14, Port Charlotte, Florida: A disabled New York City firefighter recovering from serious injuries relied on his handgun for protection against a masked woman who broke into his home and assaulted him. The firefighter, suffering from a herniated disc in his back and a broken pelvis, warned the woman he was armed, but she punched his jaw and throat, and attempted to gouge his eyes. As the struggle continued, he feared he would be overpowered and shot the woman once in the stomach, causing her to flee the scene. She was subsequently arrested. Nov. 17, Burlington, North Carolina: A homeowner used his shotgun to defend himself against an ax-wielding man who tried to break into his home through a back door. The homeowner did not need to fire his weapon, as the would-be intruder fled the moment he saw there would be an armed confrontation. Police later arrested the intruder and charged him with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony. Nov. 21, Benton Harbor, Michigan: Two armed intruders broke into an apartment and ordered the occupants—including three children—to “get down.” The apartment renter heard the commotion from a separate room, grabbed his rifle, and shot at the intruders, killing one and sending the other fleeing. No one else in the apartment was harmed during the home invasion. Nov. 25, Miami: When a man armed with an AK-47 attempted to rob a 60-year-old concealed-carry permit holder who was in his van, his son, and girlfriend, the permit holder drew his handgun and killed the would-be robber. The permit holder, who told reporters he is originally from Jamaica and a member of the National Rifle Association, said, “I am going to defend my life and those I love. My family is innocent, and just don’t put an AK-47 in my face. I will not allow that to happen.” Nov. 27, Tulsa, Oklahoma: A man high on the drug PCP began stabbing his friend with a knife after the friend declined to give the man a ride. The friend, in fear for his life, pulled out his firearm and shot the man, who ultimately died from his wounds. The friend suffered serious injuries, but survived. Tulsa police said they think the shooting was justified. Nov. 28, McCleary, Washington: A woman shot and killed her estranged husband after he broke into her house and attacked her and a friend with a knife. The woman already had a domestic violence protection order issued against the husband. In a statement to a local news station, she explained, “If it’s your life or theirs, you have to do what you have to do.” Nov. 30, Ellenwood, Georgia: A deliveryman was unloading an order of bread at a Hardee’s fast-food restaurant when he saw several employees run out of the store in a panic, screaming for help. They told him that an armed robber had entered the store and was demanding cash while threatening other employees with a gun. The deliveryman grabbed his firearm from his truck and ran into the store. A gunbattle ensued, and the robber, who was shot several times, fled the scene. The wounded robber was later arrested. The local sheriff’s department named the deliveryman an honorary deputy and inducted him into its Posse Hall of Fame. The conclusion is pretty simple: 1. If you don't like guns, don't buy one. I don't like guns. I don't own any. But my neighbor is welcome to have a Sherman Tank on his lawn, if he wants to deal with the anal Homeowner's Association. I believe in the United States Constitution. 2. Guns are merely tools. They make a criminal's life easier, and they also save the life of that criminal's victims. Problem is, the Woke Democrats are pro CRIME. 3. The United States Constitution is very clear. If you live in another country and you don't like the United States Constitution, my advice to you would be not to move here.
  24. Your left wing OPINION piece is wrong. It shows no actual statistics. I on the other hand have RELIABLE sources which show the opposite. https://www.gunowners.org/sk0802htm/ A. Guns save more lives than they take; prevent more injuries than they inflict * Guns used 2.5 million times a year in self-defense. Law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year — or about 6,850 times a day. [1] This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to take lives. [2] * Of the 2.5 million times citizens use their guns to defend themselves every year, the overwhelming majority merely brandish their gun or fire a warning shot to scare off their attackers. Less than 8% of the time, a citizen will kill or wound his/her attacker.[3] * As many as 200,000 women use a gun every year to defend themselves against sexual abuse.[4] * Even anti-gun Clinton researchers concede that guns are used 1.5 million times annually for self-defense. According to the Clinton Justice Department, there are as many as 1.5 million cases of self-defense every year. The National Institute of Justice published this figure in 1997 as part of “Guns in America” — a study which was authored by noted anti-gun criminologists Philip Cook and Jens Ludwig.[5] * Armed citizens kill more crooks than do the police. Citizens shoot and kill at least twice as many criminals as police do every year (1,527 to 606).[6] And readers of Newsweek learned that “only 2 percent of civilian shootings involved an innocent person mistakenly identified as a criminal. The ‘error rate’ for the police, however, was 11 percent, more than five times as high.”[7] * Handguns are the weapon of choice for self-defense. Citizens use handguns to protect themselves over 1.9 million times a year. [8] Many of these self-defense handguns could be labeled as “Saturday Night Specials.” B. Concealed carry laws help reduce crime * Nationwide: one-half million self-defense uses. Every year, as many as one-half million citizens defend themselves with a firearm away from home. [9] * Concealed carry laws are dropping crime rates across the country. A comprehensive national study determined in 1996 that violent crime fell after states made it legal to carry concealed firearms. The results of the study showed: * States which passed concealed carry laws reduced their murder rate by 8.5%, rapes by 5%, aggravated assaults by 7% and robbery by 3%; [10] and * If those states not having concealed carry laws had adopted such laws in 1992, then approximately 1,570 murders, 4,177 rapes, 60,000 aggravated assaults and over 11,000 robberies would have been avoided yearly.[11] * Vermont: one of the safest five states in the country. In Vermont, citizens can carry a firearm without getting permission… without paying a fee… or without going through any kind of government-imposed waiting period. And yet for ten years in a row, Vermont has remained one of the top-five, safest states in the union — having three times received the “Safest State Award.”[12] Gee! Speaking of Florida... * Florida: concealed carry helps slash the murder rates in the state. In the fifteen years following the passage of Florida’s concealed carry law in 1987, over 800,000 permits to carry firearms were issued to people in the state. [13] FBI reports show that the homicide rate in Florida, which in 1987 was much higher than the national average, fell 52% during that 15-year period — thus putting the Florida rate below the national average. [14] * Do firearms carry laws result in chaos? No. Consider the case of Florida. A citizen in the Sunshine State is far more likely to be attacked by an alligator than to be assaulted by a concealed carry holder. 1. During the first fifteen years that the Florida law was in effect, alligator attacks outpaced the number of crimes committed by carry holders by a 229 to 155 margin. 2. And even the 155 “crimes” committed by concealed carry permit holders are somewhat misleading as most of these infractions resulted from Floridians who accidentally carried their firearms into restricted areas, such as an airport. [15]
  25. Even in America, it is always wise to call 911, especially in urban areas where a gun owner might have to waste several animals just to get from his car to his front door. The police are very useful in all of this. Besides documenting that the dead animal was a criminal with several warrants out for his arrest, the cops also are able to remove the carcass thus saving the shooter the task.
