Old Wine in New Bottles - Holocaust & Anti-Zionism
Hudson Jones replied to jbg's topic in The Rest of the World
The racism in Israel continues to increase. Not only towards Arabs, but also towards black Jews. The comedy of this whole charade, about Israelis experiencing racism continues. Old wine: -
The link takes you to several examples. It's interesting that you didn't condemn the disgustingly racist comments and instead you said: Maybe the Arabs need to show a little sanity and flexibility. What is wrong with you? Is that what you mean by brainless comments? Here is some reality about racism in Israel:

So I guess this will continue. I provide facts and information and you, Rue, deny them. I provide the legal meaning of Apartheid and how it perfectly relates to what Israel is doing in the occupied territories and you try to deny it. I provide reports done by an international law expert from South Africa who says "elements of the Israeli occupation constitute forms of colonialism and of apartheid, which are contrary to international law" and, surprise! Rue tries to deny it. I provide quotes from the Israeli Chief Justice stating that Israel's citizenship law discriminates against those who are not Jewish, and you try to discredit him and downplay Israel's systematic discrimination. People like you are a reminder how the Germans acted towards their Nazi government. Always denying, excusing and trying to justify the actions of their government. -
Yes you have.

This is interesting. Please share some links, my fellow Canadian, (or are you Israeli?) as I wasn't able to find anything on the net about not really owning my land. Regards, Mohammad Farzin Michael Rouhani

So you're going to stick with Iranian agent? I've heard Hamas agent, Muslim Brotherhood agent and even ISIS agent. Zionism is a racist ideology. Just like Wahabism. They both advocate oppression and the violation of human right of those who come in the way of their grand plans. No wonder why the Saudi government and Israel like to snuggle behind closed doors: Israel and Saudi Arabia's Secret History of Cooperation Those following the turmoil in the Middle East might be surprised to hear of increasingly friendly relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia, longtime rivals that now face the shared threats posed by Iran’s nuclear program and the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham. -
What other laws have you made up in your head?

"National suicide". Great buzzword. Zionists love repeating buzzwords to continue to control the narrative and excuse their actions. Let me add some more: "Throw us into the sea" "Holocaust" "Most moral army in the world" "Self-defense" "Anti-semite" "Holocaust" "Democracy" Many know the emptiness of your claims. The veil has been lifted and it is only a matter of time before this ugly colonialist project will be forced into submission. -

You are absolutely right jbg. Israel is not responsible for the way it treats the Palestinians, the settlement increase and the countless human rights violations. It's ALL their doing! -
I don't know you or your biological background. What I said is that most Jews who migrated to the region have less of a connection to the land. This is in response to people who want to justify the colonization to the connection of Jews to the ancient Hebrews. Era Elhaik, an IDF veteran and a molecular geneticist has shattered this myth through science - Of course, that has turned him into an "anti-semite" - Just like anyone else who challenges the Zionist narrative: In “The Missing Link of Jewish European Ancestry: Contrasting the Rhineland and the Khazarian Hypotheses,” published in December in the online journal Genome Biology and Evolution, Elhaik says he has proved that Ashkenazi Jews’ roots lie in the Caucasus — a region at the border of Europe and Asia that lies between the Black and Caspian seas — not in the Middle East. They are descendants, he argues, of the Khazars, a Turkic people who lived in one of the largest medieval states in Eurasia and then migrated to Eastern Europe in the 12th and 13th centuries. Elhaik bases his conclusion on an analysis of genetic data published by a team of researchers led by Doron Behar, a population geneticist and senior physician at Israel’s Rambam Medical Center, in Haifa. Link He`s not the only "anti-semite" Israeli who, through science, has shown that there is no special DNA connection between most Jews and the ancient Hebrews of the region. For Shlomo Sand, history professor at Tel Aviv University and author of the controversial book The Invention of the Jewish People, Elhaik's paper was a vindication of his long-held ideas. "It's so obvious for me," says Sand. “Some people, historians and even scientists, turn a blind eye to the truth. Once to say Jews were a race was anti-Semitic, now to say they're not a race is anti-Semitic. It's crazy how history plays with us.“ “There is no Jewish genome and certainly no Jewish gene,” says the Israeli-born Elhaik. Instead, all humans are a mix of the same building blocks, built with slightly different architectures. “The confusion about European Jews results from their tragic history of persecutions and deportations, creating multiple links between ancestry and geography. By dismantling our notions of genetically distinct populations and understanding our kinship, we can better appreciate our common history, and more importantly, our shared future.“ Link I could care less about your spiritual connection. That's not what was discussed. The countless information on this forum alone might be a good start for you to understand the human rights violations Israel has committed. It's important that you pay attention and read the information being given to you. Otherwise, you're wasting everyone's time.

Let's see what the legal experts have to say about Apartheid and Israel: In 1973 the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid (ICSPCA) was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. The ICSPCA defines the crime of apartheid as "inhuman acts committed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining domination by one racial group ... over another racial group ... and systematically oppressing them". In 2002 the crime of apartheid was further defined by Article 7 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court as encompassing inhumane acts such as torture, murder, forcible transfer, imprisonment, or persecution of an identifiable group on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, or other grounds, "committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any racial group or groups and committed with the intention of maintaining that regime" How about John Dugard? What does he think. Let's first look at his credentials: He is a South African professor of international law. His main academic specializations are in Roman-Dutch law, public international law, jurisprudence, human rights, criminal procedure and international criminal law. He has served on the International Law Commission Sounds like he may know what he's talking about. His take on Israel and Apartheid? In a 2007 report, United Nations Special Rapporteur for Palestine John Dugard stated, "elements of the Israeli occupation constitute forms of colonialism and of apartheid, which are contrary to international law" and suggested that the "legal consequences of a prolonged occupation with features of colonialism and apartheid" be put to the International Court of Justice. But he's not Israeli, so he can't comment and just doesn't get it. Right? How about we ask an Israeli about Apartheid laws, such as the Israeli Citizenship law? How about we ask an Israeli judge? How about we ask the Chief Justice?! Israel's Chief Justice, Aharon Barak, sided with the minority on the bench, declaring: "This violation of rights is directed against Arab citizens of Israel. As a result, therefore, the law is a violation of the right of Arab citizens in Israel to equality." -
Majority of the Jews who have colonized the area have no connection to the Jews who were persecuted centuries ago. Most of them have a lot less biological connection to the ancient Jews than the Palestinians they have been living there for centuries and who they have been pushing out.

Israel is one of the worst rights abusers in the world if you consider self-proclaimed democratic nations. Is this what defending Israel has come down to? Comparing it to the worst human rights abusers and saying: "Well, at least we're not as bad at them!"

A Coming Referendum By Zionists On Netanyahu
Hudson Jones replied to Big Guy's topic in The Rest of the World
What the British did or any other colonizer did over a century ago would not fly right now. Our laws and moral standards (for most of us anyway) have changed. What Israel has done and continues to do to the Palestinians right now is not being done by Canada to the aboriginals, so your comparison fails again. -

There is a big difference between unsettled land claims and what Israel is doing to the Palestinians. Nice try. Over 2000 Gazans were killed and the rest have been living in an open air prison for over 8 years. The Palestinians have been occupied and their land has continuously shrunk in size for decades.... Apartheid Rogue State and and all that jazz. -

That's a terrible argument. It's like someone trying to argue that slavery is okay to do today because it was done in the past. -
Israel 'profiting' from Palestinian child labour
Hudson Jones replied to Hudson Jones's topic in The Rest of the World
You Israeli apologists never change. Always in denial of the truth. Sharky, are you going to accept the account of the following or will you continue to deny the truth? Israel urged to protect West Bank olive trees after settler attacks More than 870 trees vandalised in first week of harvest this month, according to UN Link In West Bank, Palestinians gird for settler attacks on olive trees Link Study: 96% of destruction of Palestinian olive tree cases fall apart due to police incompetence Link New Economic Pogrom: Israeli squatters uproot 5000 olive tree saplings In Palestinian West Bank Link UN: In 2012, over 7,500 olive trees belonging to West Bank Palestinians have been damaged or destroyed by Israeli settlers Link Palestine: Jewish Settlers Torch 100 of World's Oldest Olive Trees Link The Plight of the Palestinian Olive Tree Link -

Uh oh. Mr. Bad Comparison strikes again! Imagine if there were groups going around setting Canadian or U.S. farms on fire and the government didn't do anything about it because the governments felt these groups were above the law. As mentioned, what the Israeli government does and allows against the Palestinians is not compatible with our values and laws. Israel is an Apartheid State which has total contempt for the law. We should continue to put pressure on Israel through BDS. -
Israel 'profiting' from Palestinian child labour
Hudson Jones replied to Hudson Jones's topic in The Rest of the World
Hey look; Israeli apologists are left with comparing Israel's practices with ISIS, Boko Harem and to practices of Canada that would not be accepted in this day and age. --- The regular cutting down of olive trees by Israeli settlers in the West Bank is a terrorist practice aimed at financially crippling Palestinian farmers and dismantling Palestinian culture. Israeli settlers are hacking down Palestinian olive trees in an act of environmental terrorism "aimed at intimidating their Palestinian neighbours and economically crippling many Palestinian farmers who rely on harvesting olives to make a living." They want to keep telling us that we share the same values. We don't. Boycotting Israel, just like the world boycotted Apartheid South Africa is the only civilized behaviour towards the barbaric Zionist project in Palestine. The irony is so thick you can carve an Israeli flag on it; To steal a people's land and then abuse their children working on it as cheap child labour! Human Rights Watch has just issued a report on the criminal abuse of children by Israeli settler colonialists: "The report, "Ripe for Abuse: Palestinian Child Labor in Israeli Agricultural Settlements in the West Bank", documents cases of children as young as 11 working on some settlement farms, often in high temperatures. "They carry heavy loads, are exposed to hazardous pesticides, and in some cases have to pay themselves for medical treatment for work-related injuries or illness," the report said." Link

Historic deal between Iran and the world could happen

What do majority of Americans think of GOP's (and some Dems), under the instruction of their leader Bibi Netanyahu, aim to kill the the deal? Poll: Americans Back Iran Deal, Don't Want Congress To Crush It 65 percent of voters don't want Congress to block the deal, compared with 30 percent who do. Link -
What kind of a strange logic is that? Accept a bill that the federal privacy commissioner and all provincial privacy commissioners have all slammed, because "it may not be as bad... and then we can change it later... if we want" If we disagree with it, we should voice our opinion before it is passed. This is what a true democracy is about.
