However, I believe they've updated the article as it appeared punitive damages would go to further decisions by a jury, however, it appears they may have settled now I don't need to make the case. Actually it's more a discussion on how one comes to form moral and philosophical conclusions which is basically the discussions that are had on an internet political forum.
