So...the Democrats are all in an uproar claiming Medicaid and Welfare are being cut. Here's the truth: This simply put, means that if you are an American citizen, you qualify for Medicaid. It also means that those on welfare and are deemed "able bodied", must work, volunteer for something (more work), or go to school. These provisions will keep illegals off Medicaid...which is a good thing...and push "able bodied" welfare recipients to actually DO SOMETHING (which is also good). How can anyone disagree with this?
