  1. Who is going to stop them when you remove all the oversight and checks the constitution provides.
  2. They aren’t invading, they are just people wanting a better life. But I get it, you want to allow your government to use the American powers the Nazis and Soviets used to pt people in concentration camps and gulags, the only difference being you are using El Salvador as your gulag.
  3. What if someone who doesn't like you tells ICE they think you are or are sheltering an illegal. They barge into your home and before you know it ,you or someone you love is on a redeye to el Salvadore. By the time it becomes clear a mistake has been made will you be able to depend on a government that doubles down on stupid when it is shown to be wrong coming to your rescue, or make up evidence to show you were an illegal or gang member in order to avoid admitting it was wrong. I think we both know the answer to that and that is why everyone is entitled to due process under the law.
  4. I’m not saying don’t deport them but entering homes without warrants and hauling people out to be shipped to foreign prisons with no recourse is Gestapo stuff, not worthy of a civilized country.
  5. People who violate laws get due process. It’s in your constitution.
  6. It says "no person" it doesn't say illegal alien or any other category of person you decide to make up. Maybe they are but that doesn't give the federal government or anyone else the right to ignore the constitution. People who violate laws are guaranteed due process. It's in your f*cking constitution. It's also in Canada's constitution and the constitution of every other country that believes in rule of law and human rights.
  7. It says no person, period, no exceptions. How does one appeal from a jail in el Salvadore? You have a constitution, either follow it or burn it and become a dictatorship where your rights will be dictated at the whim of whoever happens to be in charge.
  8. US Code 135 It prescribes penalties, it doesn't say anything about denying due process or grabbing people from their homes and sending them to third world prisons in the middle of the night. It also has nothing to do with any deportation process.
  9. Read them dumbass. What don't you understand about "No Person".
  10. You really don't believe in rule of law or the Constitution. You are all in for a dictatorship. What are you going to do if some day someone decides to come for you or one of yours?
  11. Carney and PP are both unknowns but for different reasons.
  12. Labour party cruised to a majority with 68% of the vote in Australia and the Conservative leader also lost his seat. The Trump effect decides another one.
  13. He was doing his job. Was he just supposed to let them through without doing anything? His gun was plainly visible to those rioters, what did they think he would do with it?
  14. So maybe assaulting the capital after elections will be a profitable business in future. After all, what works for one should work for all.
  15. Innocent bystander my ass, she was at the front of a mob that had just smashed a door in to get access to the speakers lobby. The agent's job was to prevent that and it's exactly what he did. His gun was visible the whole time they were smashing the door What did they expect him to do with it if they came through? If this was a BLM demonstrator doing the same thing you would say she got exactly what she deserved. Smashing in a door when you can see someone on the other side pointing a gun at you deserves a Darwin Award.
