What violence? There has been no violence. Three weeks of holding a city and borders hostage and not one person has been struck, tear gassed or any way been assaulted by police. Authorities have shown a degree of restraint that would be almost unheard of anywhere else in the world. If that changes it will be all on the protesters.

Anyone who would knowingly take their kid to a demonstration where that child could get hurt is a self indulgent shit parent. They have had plenty of warning go get their kids to a safe place and they have ignored it. They have put their own activism ahead of their children's welfare. They are at fault and no one else.

Just wondering how you would feel if BLM, pipeline, climate change etc protestors moved in heavy equipment and blocked the streets of your downtown core making loud noise all day and night for weeks on end.

They are ruining the lives and in many cases the ability of people to make a living in the areas they have occupied. Yes, that is awful. You should look up the definition of martial law. This isn't it.

I agree with almost all of that with the exemption of a large %. It's actually a small percentage that make the most noise on any side of an issue.
