If you're talking about a mail-in system, you're right, there should be no problem. If you're talking about "mail-out" there is a big problem My understanding is Democrats want mail-out. The President uses a mail-in system. If you're saying there are states using that system and not demanding a "mail-out" system there shouldn't be a problem The problem is when ballots are sent out unsolicited. Mail-outs are unsolicited.

I just watched the full quote from Trump in a Fox interview with White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany. Unsurprisingly the trickster at the Guardian gave you a clip of the quote they wanted you to hear but left out the part where trump told people to send in the unsolicited ballot then go to the polling station to double-check. It's not crystal clear but a real journalist would have asked a follow-up question to make sure he understood what was said. At least he should have made sure the gullibles understood the full context when it was explained. Kayleigh explained it:
