future of the Republican party
Infidel Dog replied to godzilla's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Well, yeah...anything can be rigged. There's always going to be your Soros and your Stacey Abrahams and your Mark Zuckerberg types who will find a way to find an exploit. They used to be under better control. Now they're not. The monkeys run the zoo. -
The former Cdn. Ambassador has been listening to fake news: https://honestreporting.ca/ctv-reporter-misleads-viewers-into-believing-israel-blocked-aid-to-gaza/ Not his fault I guess...unless he's a Liberal. In which case CTV told their lies then scurried off to cash the check the Hamas favoring Canadian Liberals gave them so it's all the same thing. In this case lies are fungible. They're all shared from the same pot.

America Under pResident Biden
Infidel Dog replied to Shady's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
The age of Biden: -
So the argument here seems to be that Israel needs to be vilified and I'm not sure what else for the crime of being stronger and therefore capable of more damaging counter-attacks than those attacking it. And this seems to equate into Israel sucks. Get Israel. Here's a digestion of the argument against that:
-
The only way you can consider Biden is any kind of competent is if you're alleging he's intentionally trying to destroy America. Then you could call what he's done so far a great success. And he did most of it in 4 months. He didn't even need the full five. But go ahead defend that if you like. Personally I'm against it.

Hamas and Iran use the civilians of Gaza as human shields. Israel gives warning when it's going to take out a Hamas target when it can. This is not infallible. There can still be collateral damage to civilians. How many actual lives are lost in Gaza can never be known. The stats keepers of Hamas are known liars. Hamas videos of victims are most often pure Hollywood. " Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad have fired nearly 3000 rockets into Israel since May 10th. In that time, Israel has already reported at least nine dead, including five women and two children. Israel has responded forcefully with hundreds of air strikes in Gaza. The strikes have killed senior Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad leaders and destroyed terrorist military and intelligence facilities, command headquarters, terrorist officers’ homes, and attack tunnel networks. “No Hamas officer, high or low, should feel safe over- or under- ground,” an Israeli army spokesman warned Saturday night. “Hamas will think 500 times before ever again going to war against Israel.” The Palestinian terrorists are armed and funded by the fanatical Islamist Iranian regime. The Biden administration will not succeed in ending the violence in the long term simply by focusing on negotiating a ceasefire of the current hostilities. The Biden administration should focus instead on cutting off the terrorists’ support line at its source. Biden must abandon any negotiations with the Iranian regime and any consideration of sanctions relief that could potentially buttress Iran’s ability to bankroll Hamas and its other terrorist proxies. Moral clarity requires an unambiguous acknowledgement that Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist groups, supported by the terrorist-sponsoring Islamic Republic of Iran, are solely responsible for the violent rampage spiraling out of control. The terrorists must be held criminally to account for the dual war crimes of targeting Israel’s civilian population and launching their rockets from within Gaza’s civilian neighborhoods and institutions. The Iranian regime must be held criminally to account as the terrorists’ sponsor, aider and abettor. " https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2021/05/terrorists-fire-thousands-rockets-israeli-joseph-klein/

Now here's mine. No, the AP does not give definitive cause to the startup of this latest round of conflict. It talks of a number of hotspots where heightened tensions have recently led to protest and even violence including Sheik Jarrah and the Al Aqsa mosque. It also mentions how this started during the month of Ramadan. Isn't it an amazing coincidence how increasing tension leading to violence always seems to start up during the month of Ramadan? But this time Hamas got the OK from Iran because the pressure was no longer on Mullah-town from the Trumpster so they had their Hamas goon squad start firing Iranian missiles into Israel. Happy Bombadan, but you reap what you sow. Do stupid things, win stupid prizes.

I had to look that one up to see who you were talking about. Avraham Burg, right. Started his political career as a left wing activist and has been involved in a number of dodgy enterprises since including voter fraud...typical. Yeah, sorry. Not accepting him as an authoritative source. Definitely not unbiased or non-partisan. But he has an opinion and so do you. Good for you two.
-
Actually the Biden regime started this one by taking pressure off Iran. Those missiles Hamas goons are firing into Israel aren't coming from Santa Claus...no matter how much some of those Iranian Mullahs look like him. BTW about 20 of those dead Gaza citizens were killed by Hamas (Iranian) missile misfires.

America Under pResident Biden

Sometimes Americans have to go outside America to find out what's really happening in their country. Sky News Australia offers an update on what's been happening under Biden, so far. -
future of the Republican party
Infidel Dog replied to godzilla's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
On the subject of a proposed schism in the Republican party there's no denying there's something to that. What is it though and how big a problem is it? Who are the good guys and who are the bad guys? That's the where the argument lies. Myself I'm kind of leaning towards the suggestion of this seemingly traditional Republican who's frustrated enough to make this argument: The Republican Party Sucks He suggests the problem isn't with those Republicans opposing the current power structure in the Party, wanting to return to the days of Eisenhower and Reagan. The problem is with the liberal/faux Republicans that moved in and hijacked the party during the regime of George W Bush. They're embedded now and there doesn't seem to be any way to extract them. -
future of the Republican party
Infidel Dog replied to godzilla's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Now as to this: Are you talking about the Republicans or the Democrats? If it's the Democrats you have a point, except your timeline is off. It's already happened. Whether or not courts are willing to hear evidence of actual fraud I can make a really good case for 2020 being rigged starting months before the election. It was done with corporate and social media malfeasance, money snuck in to manage the election process by Biden friendly operatives, Leftist lawyers and judges rewriting election rules and weakling Republicans bowing to Democrat demands. On the other hand if you're trying to insinuate the erosion of democracy is coming from the other side you're suffering badly from the dysfunction of the delusion of psychological projection and maybe you should get help. -

Even on your own side of the aisle (and no, I don't believe you're anything like an Independent) there are those who disagree with you. The following is from the rightist Newsbusters quoting leftist Jeff Greenfield writing in Politico: " The very title of his column published on Wednesday reflected that opinion, "A GOP Civil War? Don’t Bet On It": https://newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/pj-gladnick/2021/05/15/jeff-greenfield-divided-gop-civil-war-media-myth -
"tourists" storm the capitol!
Infidel Dog replied to godzilla's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
And speaking of the hysteric writing for The Hill, when I say hysteric I'm referring to this: OK so let's hear from one of these "Republican after Republicans" to see what Hysterical Hillboy is so upset about: The Congressman asked one question in particular I found interesting. Has anybody been charged with "insurrection?" The answer, of course, is no. So why do we let these fools call January 6 an insurrection then? There's no reason to believe it was one. -

Spiked-online doesn't agree with the fake news hysterics like the guy writing in the OP for The Hill. What "insurrection" is more like it. Capitol riot: the terror attack that wasn’t Everything the hysterical left rushed out to scare the gullibles turned out to be BS when the facts came in. Officer Sicknick died of natural causes. There were no armed insurrectionists. Trump did not incite the rioters. AOC was full of crap. She was never in any danger. She wasn't even there. Nancy's claim of Russian involvement and "Putin's puppets" was just more BS for the pile. -
Is Canada becoming a Communist state?
Infidel Dog replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Nope. We both appear to talking about the same thing. However, I don't think Taxme is really talking about not enough government. Sounds more to me like he's talking about just enough. It's also possible to have too much. Mike and others seem to like that idea. -
Is Canada becoming a Communist state?
Infidel Dog replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Hang on...how did we get from this... to talking about Mike fantasizing control over the plebs to force a "Great Reset" on us. I was almost getting ready to agree with Gritty. He seemed to be getting ready to get on board with Conservatives and the respect for tradition. Then Mike comes along and tells us you don't get that on your own. It has to be given by a wiser group - of which I assume, he assumes includes himself as a member. And the next thing you know they're tearing down John A's statues. What happened to respect for our ancestors? -
Is Canada becoming a Communist state?
Infidel Dog replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Come to think of it, I was just reminded of something: The corporates are also allying themselves with China, as are globalists. I suppose you could make an argument for the idea that technically the Chinese government isn't specifically communist but again, whatever they are I'm against becoming it. -
Is Canada becoming a Communist state?
Infidel Dog replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
So are we weakening our government then? Because isn't what you describe what we're evolving into now? More in America than here maybe. But where they go we follow. Now the corporate media with what they call social media pretty much tells us what's OK to say and think and we're watching that eventually turn into legislation. The corporates are starting to flip left. And my evidence of that is 'look around.' Hate to go Godwin on you but when the practice of historical oopsies repeating themselves becomes obvious 'what you gonna do?' Corporatism is how the Nazis got the trains to run on time in a larger sense. The national socialists evolved out of socialism into a corporatist supported dictatorship. It's not unforseen that groups with common interests in control will ally together. Currently the globalists, are corporate involved and allied with progressive socialists. Whatever name you want to give what's coming I'm against it. -
Stories the Mainstream Media Won't Tell You
Infidel Dog replied to Infidel Dog's topic in Media and Broadcasting
Here's something the media of the State and the Corporate left might whisper to you about in a more general way with an accompanying stress on why it's wrong to know about it. I mean they'll tell you Israel is responding to Hamas missile attacks with counter attacks, and they'll no doubt be giving you the life in gaza stories and video when Hamas gets around to feeding them to their friends in Western media. But you won't see the life in Israel vids. Rebel has some interesting footage though, if you can get past the admittedly irritating intro:
