  1. And you have no proof it wasn't. But it does make a lot of sense. Think about it for just a moment if you can. Why would Trump be trying to scuttle this report being made public if he had nothing to hide
  2. Sorry, the fact the investigation continued has no bearing on the obstruction charge if the firing was done in an attempt to stop the investigation. Two seperate issues.
  3. Not his prerogative if he fired him to shut down an investigation. The jury is still out.
  4. So why do you think Trump fired Comey if it wasn't to stop the Russia meddling investigation?
  5. Maybe go look up the number of lawsuits he faces once the US gets smart enough to kick his ass out of the WH.
  6. Mueller said he did not reach a finding on whether Trump obstructed justice and set out “evidence on both sides of the question,” according to Barr’s letter. Barr did not make this evidence public, noting only that Mueller said there were “difficult” factual and legal questions raised by an obstruction case.
  7. Trumps lengthy history of legal troubles casts a doubtful light on him wouldn't you say?
  8. Obstruction of justice is a crime, and there is evidence of that in the report, even Barr says so.
  9. So you're gullible enough to buy the Bill Barr bullshit eh? Well I'm not surprised.
  10. Yet another stupid comment. How can I move the goalposts when I don't know what's in the report? Get a grip.
  11. That's of course the obvious question, somewhat akin as to why Trump is fighting like hell to keep from showing his tax returns unlike all the previous presidents.
  12. Oh, so you've already had access to the report! Why didn't you say so?
  13. ha ha ah, your babblegaff simply goes in circles. Why not just be quiet and wait for the report.
  14. Sounds like you are as afraid of Muellers report as Trump obviously is.
  15. Not much he could "get caught" on because his 4 pager really says mostly nothing. Only thing of significance is it concludes the report does not exonerate Trump.
  16. And for the umpteenth god damn time, wait for the unredacted report to come out.
  17. I assume you meant "collusion" and it's not Muellers job to state anything publicly, simply to provide a report, which he has done. Barr take 400 pages and turns it into 4. You think that doesn't stink to high heavens of a cover up? Oh and ah, guess who appointed Barr.
  18. Calling Trump out on his endless lies, which are provable, is not hate crime.
  19. I'm wondering why Barr included in his brief that the Mueller report "does not exonerate" Trump. I wonder if he got a phone call from his boss over that one.
  20. I don't think Mueller is covering for Trump, but Barr obviously is. Once again, let's wait for the report.
  21. Under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, a past deferred prosecution will not count toward a defendant's criminal history,
  22. Some reading for you: https://www.osler.com/en/blogs/risk/september-2018/deferred-prosecution-agreements-dpas-come-into-force-in-canada
  23. I think you're on the wrong thread yet again.
