Not a single Republican voted against the bill, lots of Senate Democrats did, and they voted against it, because Pelosi told them to, they were totally on board until she told them to hold it up, and then they finally caved and voted for it after successfully holding it up in the Senate.

The Senate passed the bill, Pelosi demanded Senate Dems hold it up, and Schumer listened to her, but she gets a pass because she's a Democrat and it's all Mitch McConnell's fault.

Them using the authority of the monarch to push their counter-productive orders is all the more reason to point out their incompetence.
