Indeed, Dieu et mon droit is the God of the Hebrews, the Declaration of Independence is by deist Creator, none the less, any challenges to either will be met with appropriate force beginning at the threshold of the North Atlantic Security Zone, in the case of Canada, Western Approaches. -

Well, by the Peace of Westphalia as I aforementioned. law which is not defended and upheld by sovereign force of arms is void by default, but Westminster Parliamentary Supremacy and associated British Crown is defended and upheld by some considerable amount of force, up to and including a Joint Strategic Deterrent at 15 minutes notice to launch on warning. -

True enough, Quebec is not even in Confederation anymore, I both recognize and affirm that Quebec is simply taking bribes to not formally declare independence at the UN fait accompli -

The law under which that was conducted was the War Measures Act, which was repealed by the Liberals in 1988. Replaced by the Emergencies Act, which cannot be invoked in contravention of the Charter, Section 1, which cannot be overruled by Section 33. -

Canada however is simply a Domestic Self Governing Federation of the British Empire. Dieu et mon droit is not the motto of Canadian Confederation. The motto of the DSGF is; Mari usque ad Mare. No mention of the God of the Hebrews therein. -

In broad strokes, the rule of British law in the modern context begins with the Peace of Westphalia 1648, then the Glorious Revolution 1688, Canadian constitutional law begins at the Treaty of Paris 1763, followed by the British North America Acts, then Repatriation and associated Enshrining of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. -

But the Supreme Court of Canada rendered all that moot when by judgement they disavowed any particular requirement of allegiance to Canada. Some Israeli professor wanted a Canadian passport, but not the Queen, nor the Gospel of Jesus, and so he sued Canada, and he won. Which changed the constitution on the spot; SCC ruling -

My wife and I tend to lean towards "Chinese Food", which is not from China, but rather the American West. Unless I'm right down in Chinatown, it's hard to find any actually Chinese food. Tho I actually prefer Vietnamese to Chinese given the option. -
Article III, Section 3; "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted." Only the Congress has the power to declare a foreign state to be enemies of the state, which is a formal declaration, in the context of national and international law and the laws of armed conflict, now under the Hague Convention which Congress has ratified long ago. Whenever the Congress is want to formally declare war against Russia, that is their prerogative, but unless and until they do, Russia is not an enemy, and so aid and comfort to them; is no crime.

As a conservative, I respect any who have the courage of their convictions and are prepared to kill and die for them as necessary. Even if you're Stalinist, we may not see eye to eye, but if you were KGB Spetsgruppa Alfa, you still had my respect as an adversary. Even Koba has my respect, Stalin did at least wipe the Bolsheviks out for us, nobody in the history of the world has killed more commies than Koba. -

Nah, Trudeau is not a Cuck, because he does not deny that he is a Liberal. Loud and proud liberal courage of convictions cannot be a Cuckservative, by definition. And you can express radical "progressive" views as you like, just don't piss up my leg and tell me its raining conservatism. -

We have a word for him then; Cuck. And I wipe my ass with the Pulitzer Prize, and there are no "credentials" for being a conservative, so far as I no there is no membership fee neither. -

It is the left who has started the trade war, the trade war is on behalf of the industrial unionists in the Blue States. Moreover, the Democrats also favour trade war. -

I'm about as nutjob as a right wing nutjob can be, but I've never heard of Bret Stephens. Probably because he works for the New York Times, and what conservative is bothering the read that commie rag anymore? -
How Justin Trudeau made Canada the Weakest Link

Only the Hegemons have foreign policies, Canadian foreign policy is American foreign policy, where Canada tries to significantly divert from Washington, Canada will get its comeuppance. -
And then he would adopt all their policies, followed by leading Britain into some sort of ill thought out military adventure, because Blair lost his first election as an MP to the Thatcherites, due to the Falkland Islands War, and so Blair learned the lesson and became a Thatcherite, if you can't beat them join them.

The only thing anyone is bound to assimilate to is the law, the rule of law is the only stipulated culture, it is folly to try to impose any further assimilation, because you will discover that you do not have the Crown behind you. If you kick up a ruckus about it, you will be in breach of the Queen's Peace. If you persist, the riot act shall be read, and then the Crown bops you upside the head. If that doesn't work, the penitentiary then. -

The British Crown is not an ethno-nationalist republic, to be subject of the British Crown is to receive enfranchisement by your own free will. There is no particular cultural requirement, other than upholding Westminster Parliamentary Supremacy and the rule of law. Other than that, if you're not undertaken of oath as an official of the Crown, you can pretty much say and do as you please on public property, so long as you're not in breach of the Queen's Peace. Otherwise known as a Free Country, for which Her Majesty defends the right. -

But Canada is fundamentally British, and the Hong Kong Chinese are fundamentally British, so even if you jettison "multiculturalism", culturally, the Chinese who come to Canada because Hong Kong has fallen, are still British. Since 1763, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Africans, and Chinese, were culturally British. Even communism is not Chinese culture, that came from France. There is no Canadian culture but VRI, and Victoria our Queen and Empress ruled over many cultures, all of them becoming British in the process.
