Are there qualified doctors/nurses/health care workers from elsewhere being denied licencing in Canada. Is the overall medical system a 'closed shop' when it comes to foreign health professionals?

Meet with the truckers, hear their concerns, try to work out a solution/compromise, and hopefully get them and the country moving again.
