This guy murdered the girls two grandparents, the two parents, kidnapped two young girls, aged thirteen and eleven, while they were camping in Well's Grey Park and held them for a week, tortured them, and raped them and then he murdered both of them. He murdered six people in all. Now again after 25 years, even though he was turned down on a previous application for parole, he is applying again next. Meanwhile, the family collected over 100,000 signatures opposing his parole last time, and now they must spend the next year preparing again to oppose his parole application.
