Approx. 90% of the illegals that crossed into America illegally were single men. Many of them were just plain criminals and many of them were let out of their mental institutions because they had mental issues and their government let them go free and told them to go to America or stay in the crazy house. The 14h Amendment was no doubt meant for American citizen's only. Not the rest of the world. How does any illegal have any rights at all in America if they are not an American citizen?

Then that illegal spouse can apply for American citizenship from whatever country they are living in at the time. If they decided to enter America illegally then they broke an immigration law. Long winded, but whether you like it or not, Trump does not have to give due process to any illegals that entered America illegally. If you do know your constitution at all you must know that there is a law that says that if someone enters America illegally they have committed an immigration policy offence against immigration laws. They have become criminals. How does any illegal get to have due process when they broke the law? If some illegal is not a legal American citizen then why should they get to vote? Why should some illegal get to vote on a political issue that could effect an American political issue and get to vote against that American political issue where the illegals can now effect the outcome of that vote and in the end may end up getting the numbers needed to vote down the American political issue?
