  1. The only thing I could clearly hear was suicide. I'm not sure what that's in reference to, but whatever was said, I'm glad Brown ignored it, and continued on. Speaking of raping with a curling iron. Coakley Let Guy Off For Raping His 23-Month-Old Niece With Hot Curling Iron Link
  2. UPDATE: Venezuela Nationalizes French-Colombian Retailer Exito CARACAS (Dow Jones)--President Hugo Chavez ordered Sunday the seizure of a French-owned retail chain on accusations that it raised prices after Venezuela devalued the currency by half. Link Chavez continues his destruction of the Venezuelan economy.
  3. I disagree. People care and notice. But it's very difficult to help people in that situation who don't first want to help themselves.
  4. There's hardly anything neoconservative about the conservative minority federal government. Really? What part of a so-called neocon philosophy opposes the idea of rehab IN ANY FORM? Your premise is extremely flawed. Not true. Your premise is again deeply flawed. The federal conservatives have insisted that if one rapes or murders somebody, they should serve a minimum amount of time in jail. Which the vast majority of Canadians agree with. A drug rehab centre is much different than a supervised injection site. In most cases, people aren't being rehabed at all. They're just being given a clean and supervised place to get high, and continue their destructive dependence on damaging substances. I don't think government should be encouraging the use of destructive drug use. That shouldn't be a conservative point of view. It definitely shouldn't be considered a neoconservative point of view. It should fall under the umbrella of logic and reason. Rehab is one thing. Enabling is another. Shame on you for trying to blur the two distinctions.
  5. Oh, so they're sheep.
  6. Could this be a bad sign for Martha Coakley?
  7. I didn't say that there was anything wrong with it. I just think it's a little ironic, check that, more than dishonest for Obama to whine about other people's wall street donors, when he's the king.
  8. Obama is the all-time king of Wall Street contriubtions. If fact, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup Inc, and JPMorgan Chase & Co are all in his top 5 of top political contributors. So who's truck was parked at Wall Street?
  9. That's not true. Your leftwing source doesn't count any of the money he raise all last week. The million dollar per day fundraising in an average of $75 donations. I wish they were rightwing policies, but they weren't. They were spend, spend, spend, something Obama's taken to a whole different level! And he's just making things worse. After this amount of time, every other recession had already been in a solid recovery. Right now, there is none, with no end in sight. Anyways, I don't think Wall Street donations is really a subject you wanna talk about, seeing as though Obama recieved more money from them than any other candidate in the history of the United States! But by all means, keep digging the hole you're in.
  10. Why? Because he doesn't agree with Obama's ridiculous tax on banks? Like that tax is gonna make banks lend more? And that tax is gonna create jobs? Face it. Obama's just guilty he's been shoveling money to Wall Street and the banks for almost a year now, with nothing to show for it, except a very angry populace. Don't try and blame that on Scott Brown.
  11. Wow, you guys are getting pretty desperate huh? Yes, he's the "Wall Street Candidate", just like Obama's treasury secretary (Timmy G) and economic advisor (Larry S). And just for the record, punked continues to post garbage from leftwing blogs as hard news. Here's the list of his usual sources. Think Progress. <-- leftwing Media Matters. <-- leftwing Dailykos. <-- really leftwing Talking Points Memo. <-- leftwing Come on, at least try and use some real news sources once in a while. You're just getting lazy.
  12. Here's some of the reasons Coakley might lose on tuesday... Literally, she all but vanished. She refused to debate on TV unless it was exactly on her terms. She went days without venturing out in public. When she did appear, it was typically to accept endorsements from elected officials or union heads in front of supportive crowds. She may have gone the first month of the campaign without ever meeting an honest-to-goodness rank-and-file undecided resident. Link
  13. You gotta love somebody criticizing people for politicizing the earthquake, after that same person politicized the earthquake in support of Obamacare. Olby's always good for laughs. My favourite clips of his are when he constantly tells people to resign, and/or compares them to nazi's.
  14. CNBC's Jim Cramer: Brown Win Tuesday Causes Huge Stock Rally As Investors Celebrate 'Pelosi Politburo Emasculation' Link Right on Jim! Right on!
  15. You're clearly insane.
  16. I understand you don't like Harper. But stop being juvenile. If Harper lived in his own home instead of Sussex Drive, you'd just dream up another way to attack him. You'd probably insist we scale back security for minority PM's, or something more ridiculous. Go play with your toys and let the grown-ups discuss the important issues.
  17. Not suprising when you look at the actions of Acorn, and the SEIU. But this is pretty unbelievable. But it's how the left thinks. They feel they're entitled to government power, and if that means breaking the law, and undermining democracy, so be it. MSNBC's Schultz- I'd Cheat To Keep Brown From Winning In Massachusetts
  18. Wow, tuesday could really be fantastic! Brown gets an endorsement from a left-of-center Massachusetts newspaper. Cape Cod Times Endorses Scott Brown There are many people who would like to make this race a referendum on the current health care debate, but the election is more than one issue, no matter how important that issue might be. This election is about representing the people of Massachusetts on all issues. While we have common ground with Coakley on some points, we have our concerns about her ability to be effective in Washington based on her underwhelming campaign. With the luxury of being the front-runner since the first day of this race, Coakley has done little to demonstrate her passion for the office and commitment to the people. She squandered an opportunity to show vision but instead has run a campaign that seemed intended to run out the clock. Link Very interesting. They acknowlegdge the common ground they share with Martha Coakley, but still endorse Scott Brown. It seems mostly due to her pathetic campaign and lack of political passion. They just don't see her as a very strong voice for the state of Massachusetts. I couldn't agree more. She'd be like a lamb among lions in Washington.
  19. This is more of the shine coming off Obama... They fell for Obama hard. But now doubts are setting in In the first of a series marking the anniversary of Barack Obama’s historic victory, voters in Nevada, who played a key role in helping him take office, reveal why support for America’s first black president is drying up in the desert "Most of the polls now show him losing among independents in the state," says Ralston. And it isn't just a Nevada problem. "It's happening across the country. People who turned towards Obama looking for change don't see change, so they are turning against him now." Link He won several red states in 2008, like Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, and Nevada. He won't win a single one of those states in 2012.
  20. You're wrong. When I used to work at Staples, the store had a big problem with people stealing printer ink. We always had a camera on the ink wall, but only those of us that worked at the store really knew about it. Customers probably figured, but didn't know forsure. However, when we switched the feed of that security camera to some of the monitors on the monitor wall, ink theft dropped dramatically. People could see themselves on video, and on display on some of the monitors. People could also see that their actions at the ink wall were being broadcast to some of the monitors other people were browsing. It was a very successful deterent.
  21. Intrade has Brown at 55, Coakley at 45! Intrade She was once at 96!
  22. This must be a metaphor for the 4 votes in favour of your proposition. Anyhow, I'm glad that you're finally admitting your idea is crap.
  23. More good news. "A total of 9% of likely voters say they have already voted by absentee ballot, with Brown leading Coakley 58% to 42%." Link
  24. This must be a metaphor for the way your poll is going.
  25. I'm still trying to figure out why opposing this drug centre makes one a "neocon?"
