  1. Any evidence to support that? ANY!?!?!?!?!? Even if he was Anti Abortion and Gay Marriage he'd have no power to change anything. That's the Fed's territory and they've avoided tackling those issues like the plague.
  2. He hasn't had the chance to govern. What about his platform last May was objectionable to you? BTW when people fear-monger about the Harris PC's. How many 100 million dollar plus scandals happened on the Harris PCs watch.
  3. I think at the time of the election people thought there wasn't enough difference between what Hudak would do and what McGuinty would do. Devil you know scenario. I think tomorrow will reveal that these guys in the Ontario Liberal caucus have no idea WTF they're doing.
  4. Pimps that wear top-hats and furcoats need not apply.
  5. McGuinty lost the 1999 election and the Liberals gave him a second chance. I think tomorrow's budget will show Ontario how reckless McDalton actually is. I can see another election within the next year.
  6. Is not! Unless you're advocating for violence against an identifiable groupe. We do have these kangaroo courts called Human Rights Tribunals where people who feel they've been wronged can sue.
  7. So they're sex worker agents?
  8. Actually the ruling said pimping is illegal. http://www.thestar.com/news/ontario/article/1151925--prostitution-law-ontario-s-top-court-allows-brothels-but-soliciting-ruled-illegal Which is essentially what pimping is.
  9. This Saturday at 8:30pm. I actually tried to do it this one year (of course I still had the TV on ) I went to the potty and it was just a natural to turn the light on. So what was I supposed to bring a candle in their or a flashlight? What purpose does this event serve?
  10. So you'd also ban books like Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto using the same logic right?
  11. Banning the Bible? You should run for office with that platform.
  12. Pro Football will always be popular in Canada simply because we're next the the US where the sport is the undisputed champion. In the Toronto area the NFL is fare more popular than the CFL. The Rugby, is football without pads comparison doesn't work for me. The pads and helmets actually make football more dangerous. There's no dynamic of receivers looking at a ball while a free safety is taking him out at the knees or where a QB gets killed from their blindside by a defensive end. And because blocking is illegal in Rugby you don't see anything like a running back trying to break through a defensive line. Rugby and American football are similar but at the same time they are very different games.
  13. Well they are the opposition and they're the only other party with a legit permanent leader. The Liberals also apparently released attack statements as well.
  14. Well he did unite two parties that were separated for a decade. During the coverage yesterday of the convention I heard the term "Anyone but Mulclair" a lot.
  15. Did they not release a statement attacking him within seconds of him winning?
  16. It's pretty popular. Canada is just not elite at it like we are in Hockey. Toronto FC was wildly popular when they first came on the scene but 5-years of no playoffs and MLSE prices have reduced the interest a bit. But now there are 3 Canadian MLS teams. TFC played a CONCACAF Champions League game in the Rogers centre game recently, the crowd was pretty good. The increasing immigrant population have moved interests in traditional sports like Football, Baseball and Hockey and into Cricket, Rugby and Soccer. My highschool in multicultural Mississauga was better known for Rugby, we didn't even have a football team after my first year.
  17. Totally incorrect Rugby players are divided into two main positions: Backs and Forwards. Forwards are big, strong, muscular players that lift people up during line-outs and participate in the scrums. Backs participate in wing line formations, they are smaller and faster players. Perhaps you can compare them to soccer players but that's way to simplistic. All rugby players need to be able to tackle and run for long periods of time, it's a unique skill set.
  18. Why? Very few riding the CPC won were battles between them and the NDP. They triumphed because of the collapse of the Liberal Party. A strong NDP is good because they take away from the Liberals seat count in ridings that wouldn't consider voting Tory.
  19. Aren't Cullen and Mulcair both pro conspiring with the Liberals?
  20. Those aren't the figures the CBC is showing, similar though. Looks like Mulcair has this thing locked up though.
  21. This is the embarrassing thing for the dippers. http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/politics/article/1151442--ndp-leadership-high-voter-turnout-causes-delays-for-new-democrats-casting-ballots-online?bn=1 So what would have happened if all 131,000 tried to vote if 50,000-70,000 people crash the system?
  22. He's 5'6, he certainly looks like a girl.
  23. No it's a sport for Euro's with Greasy Mullets.
