  1. Can someone criticize Isreal and support BDS without being anti--Semite?
  2. I was actually mocking your handwringing.
  3. Why does the right want to prevent people from criticizing Isreal and it's illegal encroachment into Palestinian Lands?

The Zionists are simply displacing the indigenous as we Britons displaced the Indians.

Otherwise known as the Zionists making a Canada of their very own.

  4. Whadd'ya mean naive??? I read regularly on here how leftists rule the media and conspire to hide from Canadians all kinds of truths. Our conspiracy is so vast that we're able to persuade millions of academics, researchers, scientists and government officials to support the climate change hoax, racism hoax, white supremacy hoax, Islam/Muslim hoax, transgender hoax and various poor people hoaxes - all to stymie conservative agenda of saving the world through lower taxes and making sure nobody gets any kind of undeserved help. Progressives got the smarts and the power. The rest of ya got nothin'.
  5. They are hints in the length of time precious cycles have happened. Our current cooling cycle ought to have continued for considerably longer than it has. Instead, human activity has been counteracting the natural cooling cycle and making the earth warmer. Link.
  6. Wow, I comment on lots of topics, but you only show up to dogpile with the other anti-Muslim folk if I happen to bring up Muslims or Islam. Looks to me like you're the one "following people around on the board" to
  7. Such a handy way of ignoring information you dislike - it's a conspiracy to mislead us! But why? Because Liberal! How about some actual counter-argument and not some partisan opinion about information you just don't like?
  8. And yet, here we are, a couple generations later, with "barbaric" Japanese living quietly among us, obeying laws, working hard, embracing our progressive culture. Thanks for making my point for me.
  9. Take a pill, geeze.
  10. Of course not, what kind of stupid straw man is that? We're talking about extremists and killers here. It's not just me and the head CSIS guy who put incels on the right of the political spectrum. What do Fascists, Incels and Terrorists Have in Common? Australian academics Lucy Nicholas and Christine Agius have written about how “involuntary celibates” and members of other, related subcultures find ways to “argue for men’s greater oppression, and justify male violence”. They show how contemporary “masculinism” is an explicit reaction to the gains of feminists, LGBTQ people, and others challenging white male supremacy, and how it is tied to right wing populism. A more scholarly discussion of incels: Aggrieved entitlement is the term for this phenomenon, in which a usually privileged group is partially denied their expected privileges. Involuntarily celibate men are a prime example of this, as well as white supremacists believing white Americans should take “their” country back. Incels and MRAs, though echoing right-wing sentiments, believe they are resisting the mainstream of liberal feminism.
  11. Islamic extremism isn't a problem in Canada, any more then right-wing extremism is. It's a huge problem in the Middle East, and has caused problems in Europe.
  12. "Partisans" don't care how poorly their candidates behave, or how corrupt they are. The rest of us do.
  13. I've already criticized JT on this issue. I'm now thinking if switching my vote to NDP. Don't you find Betsy's handwringing and cries of disaster if JT gets in again a bit partisan?
  14. Yeah, I agree, more or less. I'm not overly worried about alt-right or Islamic extremism in Canada in as far as being killed or injured. I am concerned about the normalization of alt-right rhetoric and ideas in our media and things like the Quebec law becoming law across the country; imo, that is a reduction in our individual rights. Alt-right hate attacks are lessening, though, so maybe we"ve turned some kind of corner and the Quebec law may fail in a court challenge.
  15. "Muslim cab driver shot after passenger asked him about his background and ISIS. No doubt the shooter is also a dog lover.
  16. You mean the 19 people killed since 2014 as a result of right-wing extremism "barely existed"? What about hate crimes against Jews, LGBTQ, Muslims? Do they "barely exist"? @Goddess where are you to lambaste Scribblet for suggesting victims of right-wing extremism don't matter? Or is it only victims of Islamic extremism that matter? Why is there such a problem here to condemn right-wing extremism instead of dismissing or denying it? Do we not agree that any kind if extremism is bad?
  17. Could be true and if it is, how long do you think we'd remain Canada? War on our soil would be a pretty serious hardship, along with losing our sovereignty. Long term, though, it hardly matters. Change happens.
  18. It was the head of CSIS who blamed it on right wing ideology, to which White Supremacy belongs. You can say that in your opinion, WS and incel are too different to be included inder the same classification. That's at least a better argument than screeching liar.
  19. Maybe you could prove my lies then? I claimed right wing extremists killed 19 people since 2014 and provided proof. I claimed Islamic extremists had killed two, and provided proof. Please quote me saying that "conservatives have caused Islamic extremism". If this is true, I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding a cite. You are getting me confused with DoP; he's got all the Islamist propaganda down, and can quote it chapter and verse. (I'm getting bored guys, can you possibly come up with something new?)
  20. If right wing terrorism is irrelevant, as Scribblet claimed, then so is Islamic terrorism, in Canada. I know you and your crew prefer to pretend that people physically attacking women who are wearing religious apparel, defacing mosques and tabernacles, death threats sent to Jews and Muslims and individuals screaming at brown people to "go back to where they came from" is perfectly normal and isn't a problem, but that's part of the extreme right wing behavior. I guess we aren't going to see you condemn right wing terror, only Islamic terror. Where have I ever blamed "conservatives" for Islamic terror? Nor have I said Islamic terror doesn't exist; I have said that it's barely existed in Canada, even compared to other Western lands. Ah well, I guess when you don't have an argument, you may as well throw out bullshit. CSIS and Public Safety ministry count 19 people dead as a direct result of right-wing terror in Canada. The same sources find two people dead as a result of Islamic terror in Canada. I provided those links for you, twice. You've responded with half-baked conspiracy theories and tried to include events outside of Canada as your "proof" that I'm wrong. I'm not the one engaging in propaganda and lies.
  21. You wish. I condemn Islamic extremism. I also condemn right-wing extremism, left-wing extremism and any other extremism that uses or condones violence to achieve ends. (Including Antifa). If there addres any apologists here, it's those who insist right wing extremism barely exists and/or is created by leftists. Nah. There's a certain satisfaction in presenting credible information and facts, even though most of the conservatives on this forum are too partisan and gullible to recognize a fact if it bit them on the butt. Happily I'm learning elsewhere that Conservatives aren't all so dumb.
  22. We survived Harper's corruption. No doubt we'll survive JT as well.
  23. CSIS director considered Misassion and Bissonette to be right wing extremists. From my link: CSIS Director David Vigneault told a Senate committee earlier today that his agency is very troubled by "the number of ultra right-wing extremists" active in Canada, citing the 2017 firearm attack on a Quebec City mosque and a 2018 vehicle-ramming attack in Toronto. The Ministry of Public Safety also refers to incels as right-wing extremists, Again, from my link: Traditionally, in Canada, violence linked to the far-right has been sporadic and opportunistic. However, attacks perpetrated by individuals who hold extreme right-wing views and other lesser-known forms of ideological extremism can occur. A recent example is the April 2018 van attack in Toronto, Ontario, which resulted in the deaths of 10 people and alerted Canada to the dangers of the online Incel movement. The same link includes Bourque as a right-wing extremist: The Face of Right-Wing Extremism in Canada In June 2014, Justin Bourque shot and killed three RCMP officers and injured two others in Moncton, New Brunswick. He was motivated by his extreme anti-law enforcement and anti-government beliefs. My original comment was specifically about the death toll of right-wing extremists vs. Islamic extremists in Canada. Right wing extremism encompasses various ideologies such as neo-nazism, neo-fascism, White nationalism, White Supremacy, anti-government, patriot/sovereign citizen beliefs among others. White supremacy is a small part of the larger issue of right wing extremism. To pretend they are significantly different would be like claiming ISIS and Al-Queda are significantly different.
  24. You claimed he was religious, based on nothing moe than him being Muslim. His family says he was not. I should believe you over his family? Why would I? Why would anyone? White Supremacists, anti-Gov types (Justin Bourque) and incels are all classed as extreme right-wing, as per investigators who know what they are talking about (per links already provided). That's not you, despite your conviction that your wile conspiracies make any kind of sense.
  25. Here is one link, talking about Bissonette and Bourque as right wing extremists, total death count 16. Here is the second, including Minassion as right wing extremist, death count 3. Total: 19 people since 2014 killed by right wing extremists.
