9th Circuit Court of Appeals says anyone can wear war medals, no need to earn them. Part of Free Speech to claim valor you don't have, apparently.

Theatrical medals are one thing but real ones are something else. I have my father's WW2 medals and my grandfather's WW1 medals. There is no way I would ever wear them or presume to take any credit for what they did.
