Calling Reza Shah the Great pro-Nazi shows how ignorant you are about everything. The British and Russians were both destructive to Iran (Persia) over many decades. The British tried to colonize Iran and stole its oil for many years and Russians kept on attacking Iran from the North and occupying Iranian territories and on many occasions even annexing them. The Germans did neither. In fact they helped Iran to re-build after centuries of destruction and lack of care by traitor Ghajar dynasty. They also somewhat liked Iran as Persians are originally Aryans (though unlike German mixed with invading races) and so were Germans. So Reza Shah kept close relationship with Germans strategically to counter the British and Russian aggressions as Germany was coutering their aggression too. As kactus said so well, taking pictures with Stalin does not mean he was installed. He has pictures with many world leaders including many US presidents. Nowhere in the link it makes the gross claim even remotely that the Shah was installed by Stalin. As I said it was Prome Minister Forough who was an enemy of Reza Shah helped the Crown Prince to becme the next King.

The Shah had nothing to do with 1953 coup. He was in Italy with his wife Soraya (a very popular queen) when news of the coup broke to him on a dinner table with his wife and his wife later described that the Shah was shocked and almost fainted at the news (he was told that the nation has risen up on every corner and street in millions asking for the return of the Shah). He had little money to support himself and his wife in exile and told that to her wife. When he came back to Iran from exile he genuinely believed that the nation has risen to bring him back to power. As I said in my first post, International women's Day is to honor many political, social, economic and cultural achievements by women past many years. This day reflects on advancements that have been made over time as well as steps that can be taken in order to continue to promote gender equality. Men always had all rights and never needed to fight and achieve equality and freedom , in fact in some cases some sub-men are the oppressors say in Middle East so there is no reason that we need to have a Men's day. They do occupy another people's land. They occupy the land of Aryans (which Iran stands for incidently) imposing their Arab culture upon this 25 century Aryan nation. There is no Men's Day because there is nothing special about men (though those fathers who take care of the family and make sacrifices are different so they deserve a day). Women are special. They do deserve a special day. They are the sources of life. They are carrying babies for 9 months, feeding them in their wombs and even after birth they are the ones with milk to feed them. They are close to being angels though some of them are. At least one day of the year must be specifically for them to celebrate their achievements and also to remind everyone that still in 21 century so many of them are being oppressed in sub-cultural regions and support their struggle for equality. Men are the oppressors, physically stronger (in most cases) though women are the ones with bigger hearts and smarter minds. March 8 is the greatest day on calendar. People of both genders around the globe are celebrating this great day as an annual event as to honor many political, social, economic and cultural achievements by women past many years. While equality and freedom for women has been to some extend achieved in Western countries however, we must not forget that in many countries especially those in Middle East women are still struggling for their very basic human rights which is freedom of choice and equality in rights before the law. They face severe punishments and risks but they still continue with their struggle. THEY DESERVE our support especially on this great day while honering and remembering and celebrating these great achievements by women in the West past century, we must not forget those who are still struggling to achieve equality and freedom around the world. Russia and France are the biggest prostitutes. They both armed Iraqi Saddam to teeth with latest weaponary and helped him to build chemical weapons while he was at war with Iran using those weapons to massively kill Iranian and kurdish civilians and they were well aware of that they were using chemical weapons. And now they both ignore massive human right violations in Iran and trade massively. We may sell weapons to S. Arabia which is very wrong but nothing close to what US is doing (and btw, Saudi Arabia is a dictatorship but not the biggest. There are some much worse dictatorships who shoot or bomb their own people, imprison and torture their citizens, beat up their women, ............ ).
