  1. No laws against criticising any religion. This is democracy and free speech is the fundemental right of every citizen (to a limit of course as long as it does not create hate against individuals or cause violence). Those who wish to make this country a dictatorship like their homeland where people get hanged for criticising a certain religion must get the hell out of here and go back and live in that dictatorship. Do not try to ruin this democracy by bringing over your sub-values.
  2. There is much hope in the hopelessness. There is always brightness at the end of the black night. The occupying Iran regime is accelerating to death. Occupation of Iran is coming to an end. Thanks to the brave nation. Neda's blood was not spilled for nothing. God bless her soul in heaven and many thousands more who gave their lives for freedom and liberation of the land of Lion and Sun.
  3. I know a lot of Chinese citizens and Iranian citizens and what I hear from both sides there is no comparison between the two tyrannies. In the latter you cannot even be free inside your own home and inside your own bedroom. The regime monitors citizens inside their private homes and raid homes arbitrary and without warrent even if suspected of having alcohol or having mixed parties or unmarried sex. In addition, Political dessent is cracked down very harshy by using terror and kidnapping citizens and killing them in prisons. In China as long as the citizen stays away from political opposition then that citizen is not in any danger. Not so in Iran. They watch every aspect of citizen's social and political life by a huge net of spies and cyber agents.
  4. It is not a writing skills competition. It is stating the facts and conveying concepts that matter and they all can be conveyed without punctuations. Are you sure it wasn't 500 million lol?
  5. You are the one you is kidding yourself. I mentioned a LOT of things and you pick only two out of 100 and give an example of something that happen almost 30 years ago (Tienanmen Square incident) as opposed t what happened in Iran less than 30 days ago and still happening and will happen and hence concluded that China is as bad. You are purposely closing your eyes to crimes and a repressed suffering nation instead of writing about them and make awareness and also distort the facts just to win a debate!!!!!!!!!!. Shame. Does China do ALL these things? I make it bold this time so that you can see it clearly. terror and repression of everyone and shoots its defenseless people and sends it secret agents to people's home to arrest imprison and torture and force to suicide people or extract false confessions under severe torture or threat of harm to their families, sends its mercenaries abroad to murder the opposition and threatening their families at home and suppresses women beating them on public streets for refusing to wear hated hijab, banned them from public entertainment like sports stadium, bans artists and singers, interfere in people's private lives telling them how to live their lives, telling tell what to believe, treat minorities badly and suppresses them, beats up and jails union leaders, workers, teachers, farmers and cracks down hard on slightest dessent and opposition, destroys land and sea and, dried up rivers by self interest policies and polluted the air, destroys the country and make its nation to live in poverty while spending billions abroad on terrorism and terrorist groups and protecting murderous people, and bankrupt the country and nation, ban the slightest opposition and warning people if they ever speak or act in opposition they will be dealth with very harshly with a corrupt murderous justice system, ruled by corrupt mullahs whose only interest is survival at any cost and this is their only goal and could not care less about national interest and the well being of its people, creates enemies and rules on hate and war and intimidate its people and uses every available tactic including secretly installed software on pre-sold apps and even paid neighbors to spy on the nation and report, randomly arrest and muder people........... China"s economy is prospering while Iran's is in a tailspin as a result of direct regime policies. China is growing and standard of living and freedom improving day by day and Iran's is the total opposite. Worsening economy and less freedom and more repression every day. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS KIDDING YOURSELF. Regime change BY ANY MEANS.
  6. If China regime like Iran regime is ruling by terror and repression and shoots its defenseless people and sends it secret agents to people's home to arrest imprison and torture and force to suicide people or extract false confessions under severe torture or threat of harm to their families, sends its mercenaries abroad to murder the opposition and threatening their families at home and suppresses women beating them on public streets for refusing to wear hated hijab, banned them from public entertainment like sports stadium, bans artists and singers, interfere in people's private lives telling them how to live their lives, telling tell what to believe, treat minorities badly and suppresses them, beats up and jails union leaders, workers, teachers, farmers and cracks down hard on slightest dessent and opposition, destroys land and sea and, dried up rivers by self interest policies and polluted the air, destroys the country and make its nation to live in poverty while spending billions abroad on terrorism and terrorist groups and protecting murderous people, and bankrupt the country and nation, ban the slightest opposition and warning people if they ever speak or act in opposition they will be dealth with very harshly with a corrupt murderous justice system, ruled by corrupt mullahs whose only interest is survival at any cost and this is their only goal and could not care less about national interest and the well being of its people, creates enemies and rules on hate and war and intimidate its people and uses every available tactic including secretly installed software on pre-sold apps and even paid neighbors to spy on the nation and report, randomly arrest and muder people........... If if China regime is doing all that then yes they deserve to be boycotted too.
  7. You have significant problems. Seriously seek help.
  8. Not sure why you pick on India when we have Iran regime and Saudi Arabia. India is a semi democracy and yes violence against women do exist but that violence is not triggered and promoted by the india government. By all means go ahead with your boycott but in my view it is misleading to publically example India as a land of suppression of women or violator of human rights.
  9. I am sure not everyone in Israel or even in Israeli army supports these actions or carry out these actions so my curse is on those who do. It is Israeli army who are the terrorists who murder defenseless women and medics. Even the most violent armies in the world always respected the peace officers like medics. The Israeli army just showed to the world that Israel is a rogue state and gave reasons to the world as why this rogue state MUST END.
  10. It is Israel and its violent policies against the defenseless people who makes those people violent. And even violent protestors are much less criminal than the murderous Israelis who target and kill defenseless women and medics. Anyone who supports them and their murderous actions is equally guilty.
  11. Israeli army murderous actions against defenseless civilian especially women amd medics is deplorable. Death to those elements in Israeli army who order or carry out these murderous actions. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2018/06/gaza-grief-pain-slain-angel-mercy-paramedic-180602143958100.html
  12. To give a brief response: I am doing MY part to fight evil. Maybe I prevent a couple of kid's deaths but that is so much I could afford if everyone does his or her part saving a couple of kids then there won't be kid's deaths anymore. Do you do your part? I can not all by myself prevent kids deaths but if I and you get together then it will be WE and the number of We's in the developed world is enough to save all kids if We all do our part. Also back to women's rights and human right internationally I do my part by at least writing about it and making people aware of the situation and write to politicians. Again I ask you if at least you do this much?
  13. Yes absolutely if those countries behave in a inhuman manner suppressing their population for example. Did the world had the right to say to Germany how to behave 80 years ago? The answer is yes. Do we have the right to demand that certain countries to stop tyranny, stop torture, stop mudering their own people? stop crowding their prisons with political prisors? stop mistreating minorities? stop suppressing their female population? The answer to all these questions is YES we do. No not more time. How many more innocent people do you accept to be shot dead on streets for peaceful demonstrations, or die of torture in prisons or women deprived from rights and equality?
  14. First off awareness of how the situation is as I believe many in the west are not aware of the depth of problem in countries lije Afdganustan, Pakistan, India, Arabian countries even the so called progressive ones. Second Writing to our MPs to cut off all support for those regimes or cultures who support or promote suppression of women like selling billions of militarty hardware to Saudi Arabia and continued break off with Iran. Our government must pressure those regimes to change their behaviour and stop suppressing women. In the West we have democracy. The government listens and acts when people become aware of the depth of the problem. Environment is one example when the governments were forced to act. Third, Urge our government and write public statements everywhere that we must stop bringing those people whose belief and culture is suppression of women because if they form a countable percentage of our population (not necessarily a majority) then they start changing our democratic values too. Same way that we keep viruses out of our bodies (leftists start attacking me now!!!!).
  15. They don't have a say and they don't have a choice and they don't have a voice. This is cultural going on for thousands of years. You can't break traditions and you can't change it overnight. This was one purpose of this thread among others to make people aware of the fact in the third world and gather support for women in those regions and it was diverted. Relationships are sometimes forceful usually women being the victims against their will they marry and in a so called relationships which many in civilized world consider it a rape. In my book if a girl marries (or forced to) then all the encounters later are equivalent to rape and also if a wife dnot want sex and she is forced to provide it that is rape too in my book. Legal rape.
  16. No number of babies has nothing to do with it. Most of the time it is the backward culture or male dominated culture that suppresses women.
  17. It all started by me opening a thread and congratulating women and men on the forum a Happy International Women"s Day and the fact that we must support in any way we can Women's movements around the world especially in places like Middle East where women still are suppressed and don't enjoy equal rights or given equal opportunity. And it was all with good intentions but it was diverted from its goals and intentions on to different subjects unrelated. I was hoping that others also step in and wish ladies a Happy Day in their names and express support for women's struggle in Iran and elsewhere, instead of demanding an equal International Men's Day or debating how useful or great men are (in this women's thread) or accusing me of ignoring the rights of Transwomen and transmen!!!!. I wish they had opened ANOTHER thread to ask for Men's Day or how great men are or recognition of Transgender's rights.
  18. Tha sentences in caps are not meant as yelling but rather as an emphasis that the sentence is more important than others and must be especially taken note of. In your second paraghraph we are saying the same thing and you ALSO say that you respect and honor women because of the role they play, s why are you arguing with me when we both say the same thing? I never said women should exercise power over men all I said was that the women have special place in our society and for the reasons we both stated they should be honored and rsepected. This was a response to those who OPPOSED designation of International Women's Day as per previous posts in this thread.
  19. nationwide strikes is forming in Iran against the brutal regime of mullahs. And recent sanctions on the regime garnered "Way to go Trump" graffiti in Tehran!!!!!!!!!!!!!. https://www.opendemocracy.net/north-africa-west-asia/jubin-afshar/iran-gripped-by-strikes-and-protests The truth about Iran is that it is a rigid theocracy nurturing a crony capitalist system where the IRGC and supreme leader’s favourites rule the economy. The vast youthful population languishes with college degrees and no jobs. Women are systematically suppressed as second-class citizens, though they fight back in all ways possible. The government’s interference extends to people’s private lives, homes, whom they associate with on the streets, what they wear, the music they prefer, political ideas they espouse, and their way of life. There is no “freedom” in Iran and Iranians know it. Until recently, they have resisted the regime’s encroachments in little ways, but now they sense its weakness, and an unprecedented opening. There are many reasons for optimism, but most significant is Iran’s own people, who have been inoculated against one of the most virulent strains of intolerance and fanaticism, forming one of the most outwardly friendly nations to progressive change in the region today.
  20. Because they are not given a chance. Women in those countries do not have equal opportunities.
  21. At least you conceeded the facts that women do a lot more care for the child than men. This coming from you is a lot. As for your comment above, yes the man did have a part. His part was to enjoy sex and have lots of pleasure and after that he will have nothing to do with it. BUT IT IS THE WOMAN WHO CARRIES THE BABY 9 MONTHS AND GOES THROUGH EXCRUCITING PAIN TO GIVE BIRTH TO THE BABY. And then feeding after birth (feeding the baby with her blood during pregnancy) and 24/7 caring. At least recognize the fact that THIS alone make women special and deserves lots of respect.
  22. EVERY ONE OF US IS HERE BECAUSE OF WOMEN. They feed us in their bodies and carry out for 9 months until we are able to be born and breath ourself. Then they give us birth going through excruciating pain for hours. Then they nurse us day and night. Teach us how to stand, how to walk, stay awake while we as babies are sleep and nurse us in health and sickness, give their unconditional love and care. Who on earth will do anything close to any of these? Only women do it. Not only a big majority are superior in hearts but also many proven their superioriarity in minds too when it comes to education and decison making . Those sub-humans all over the world but especially concentrated in ME know these facts and use their physical superiority to suppress women and hence and hide their own inferiority (well a bear is physically stronger too but hardly superior).
  23. I said they have the right to exist within the recognized borders of Israel. I do not recognize the settlements. I have also in the past repeatedly condemned Israeli army criminal actions against defenseless Palestinian women and children. I am an unbiased poster who sees both sides of the strories and not commenting in a biased one sided manner.
  24. As far as I know the Persians stood for equality and justice for all. The very first Charter of Human Rights was brought in by Cyrus the great some 2500 years ago. http://www.persepolis.nu/persepolis-cyrus.htm And later a Persian king freed Jews from Egyption slavery which shows that Egyptions did indeed kill and enslave. But even now the Arabs of today are still invaders. Then who were Iraqis who invaded Iran in 1980??? They were Jews? Or what Assad is doing to his own people (violence) or Iraqis or Lenanese are/were doing to each other. Italians (Romans) did bad deeds but now they do not anymore. So that is the difference.
  25. I have no problem with honest and hard working foreigner (and in my view once a foreigner gets her or his citizenship that person is no longer a foreigner). I have issues with those who do not realize that citizenship comes with responsibilities. Those responsibilities are RESPECT for the existing culture of the land they CHOSE to join and become a member. And to integrate and contribute in a positive manner to the society which has given them refuge and has welcomed them to their arms like paying taxes, sharing their rich culture, enjoy diversity, and etc. as most of immigrants do.
