If they want to end the war. They need to do the same thing as what happened in both the U.S, and Canada. They need to make laws so that they can, forceable remove children from there homes. Then proceed to torchure, rape, and slaughter innocent children by the hundreds of thousands in the Form of "Indian Residential Schools" just like what happened to people like my dad. The U.S even had brutal "SCalping Laws", where murder was rewarded. Now in todays world, I wonder what the reaction would be if, people paid out a bounty on brutal murder tactics. Isreal could use the same laws. If it worked against First Nations in both the U.S, and Canada. Then it should work in the rest of the world, like India, Australia, Canada, U.S, South Africa.

A missle is a missle. Who cares about what type of missle the terrorist Isreally government uses when it bombs a foreign country like Palistine. Who ever is responsible for that, should be put up on trial for warcrimes. So now the Isreal North American Welfare state simply uses its resources from North America to bomb innocent women and children. Why Isreal picked out the crappiest part of land to squat on is beyond me. Atleast take over some prime lands if your going to have the United Nations and North America load you up with Weapons of Mass Destruction. So if Palistine bought tomohawk missles from Russia, and they started bombing Isreal, would that be an act of terrorism? or is an act of terrorism, when Palistine reacts to missles being fired into there country? When Isreal reports the missiles they fired into Palistine, its never an act of terrorism, but simply killing terrorists. Not only are they murdering innocent people, but they are also using propaganda to legitimize the murders with missiles. War is wrong, and childish countrys like Isreal need to grow up. Or its time to cut them off of North American Welfare.

I think the Jewish population could have went to 2 different places other then where they ended up. 1st, is at the Vatican City, and they could have displaced the Italians, or they could have stayed in Germany and built another wall south, or have Germany looking like one big Peace sign of built walls, east to west, and south. If they stayed in Germany, they would be 100 times as rich, and likely a place at the table at the E.U. Isreal is on North American Welfare Period. Need to cut off both countrys, Palistine, and Isreal, and let them fight it out with butter knives, and sticks and stones. I wonder if it would be legal if First Nations could open up more investment corporations, but somehow save a non native investors the tax money they would normally have to pay back to the government. So would a non native be entited to a gift of up to 100 thousand non taxable. Or because first Nations made the investment, can they just pay out money to a non native, would that money be taxable or not? I would think that since First Nations are a non taxable organization, and lives on with tax free status. On that basis, why would money automatically leaving the First Nations Investment Corporations be taxable, if it wasn't taxed in the past. Some would think loopholes opened up for first nations investment companys. with this ruling, first Nations could open up manufacturing plants to provide the production of products tax free, which investors would recieve the benefit of cheap subsidized manufactured product seeing the result through the Stock Market.

The Bible has been responsible for creating a higher archy that simply gave people a sense of belief in "God", and the creation of ficticious belief. The people who used the Bible, preyed on the weak minded individual who had no sense of belonging, or history in the world. This book gave people the power to let there minds relax into a new fantasy land "Heaven", if they followed the ways of the Church. So when somebody cafefully constructed the Bible, they ensured that the "Bible Laws" are the only way to live life. So this book really took off in big strides, by attracting the State, and the State used the Church by co-existing with them, to create power over the people. THis still is effect to this date. So the fact the government doesn't put the money into our accounts, doesnt discount the fact, they still owe money for Land Sales of Stolen Property, or money that should be there. Another Account that should exist, but doesn't, is called the "Big Bear Creek Claim". See the problem is that the government calls our Trust Accounts non existant, but when they sold off land that they had no right to sell, the government also stole not only the Land, but the Money that came with it. So it is really a double theft on part of the government. The Government thought if they spent the money, and denied the trust account existance, that every thing would check out o.k for them.

Im not sure what you are talking about. But Indians don't have the right to regulate intoxicants, resources, economy, law making, and others. The only thing they can do under the indian act is make by laws for "Bee Keeping", and "Noxious Weeds". So you are missinformed, about Reserve Regulations. The Indian Act, allowed the Government to set up Indian Reserves like Concentration Camps. All the while illegally stealing the resources inwhich that are still owned by First Nations in there whole Treaty Areas, or First Nation Countrys. Also the Indian Act never resembled the Charter of Rights and Freedems, the Basis of the Indian Act, never gave First Nations any Rights or Freedoms, but simply eliminated them. The powers of First Nations are limited. Thus by the constant rulings against the Charter of Human Rights, and Canadian Constitution that only benefit Canada, and never First Nations. First Nations have since coined the Canadian Legal System as a "Kangaroo Court System", because everybody is politically oppointed, with political aspirations, and never for a fair ruling, or the betterment of human life. Also the Criminal Code handles laws on Marajuana, and is not a problem on a reserve like multi billion dollar drug Industry across Canada.

Its Held in trust by the government. The government took first Nations money in alot of situations from sales of resources, and put them into trust accounts. If the Indians ever made any revenue, it was put into a revenue account a seperate account, and that revenue account could be spent on reserve. The government likely owes alot more, because of resource and land sales. THey were never put into the trust accounts. The Trust Accounts were set up so that the Government could use it as a slush fund in most cases, which is why a lot of them never built up. The money is hidden in the walls of the Canadian Schools, the Armed Forces, Immigration, and Big Cities.

You could have been an advocate for First Nations when they were getting abducted by Churches and Government for the Purpose of Murdering them in Residential Schools. We needed this sorta attitude 40-50 years ago in Canada.
