  1. I simplified In my theory, Time is the factor that changes, as it is relative. This was proven with speed tests, But the major influencing factor in my mind is size. The size of a object will determine at what rate of passage of time it will experience. Theory of relativity. With that understanding, as your foundation, you can understand the rest. Time is exerting different forces on different objects relative to its size. Those forces exerted on earth by time can be felt as gravity by smaller objects like humans and animals on earth. Something is pushing The passage of time forward it is energy That is pushing all thing forward in time, like water running its course down a stream and effects objects differently relative to its size, because bigger objects are more difficult to push forward in time. They require more force then smaller objects. The energy required to push a object like earth forward in time is so big relatively to us that we experience it as gravity.
  2. Time is relative to size, Not speed. We can calculate and prove it with speed, But size is really the main factor.
  3. My next question is. Everyone is claiming Harper needs to be held accountable for his corruption..... We are the 9th least corrupted nation in the world...... Do you not think we are overblowing the situation just a little bit?
  4. The purpose of schools is, to give lazy parents more time to surf the Internet and socialize on face book.
  5. We selfishly look to satisfy our own needs first and help others second after our survival and comforts have been achieved. Why do you ask? Can't help anyone if your dead
  6. So what we need is a "Jedi council" to hold the top accountable. Unfortunately, until Yoda can be discovered with the help of space travel. We will have to live with some corruption.
  7. Fist off, to get the ball rolling a bit, the corruption I see in the news these days is small change compared to the sponcership scandal in my opinion. Thoughts?
  8. A means of measuring government corruption needs to be established. Has it gotten better, since our humble beginning? How do we compare to other nations of this world? Some kind of data needs to be taken, and kept. I would be surprised if such data existed, but if it did I believe it would show that our current government is cleaner then it has ever been in all of our history. And that when we compare to other countries, Canada probably ranks in the very top for the least corrupted. If any data exist. Please let use share and analyze it. Also, What are your opinions? Canada is ranked 9th on this index. http://www.worldaudit.org/corruption.htm http://www.transparency.org/cpi2014 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption_Perceptions_Index The idea our current government is totally corrupt is a joke when we compare to reality. What is your thoughts?
  9. Isn't that exactly what we already are??? We have a system based on our own motivation and greed, and are taxing the productivity for the greater good of the whole society.Effectively channelling a selfish animal instinct for the greater good of the country. It's brilliance. If anything , this system we have is as ideal as it gets. The only issues are always at the top. Of course accountability is difficult to execute at the top without having to much power in one hand.
  10. It is never the intent for a communist country to start off hard and merciless in punishment. Ideally everyone would just do as they are told with perfect trust they would be treated equally. Unfortunately people don't work their butts off for the greater good of others in good faith others will work their butts off as well so that their needs are also met. It's not long before one falls out of line and must be punished. Working your butt off to better yourself and your situation. That is natural, and you don't need to submit me to constant fear to achieve it. Taxing my productivity for the greater good of our society, channeling my self motivation, greed, into a positive thing. When you look at them simply like I have, it's easy to realize what a retarded idea communism is.
  11. Did the conservatives want to show how amateurish the NDP are??? That's also a possibility.
  12. If those funds were spent in accordance with the laws that are in place. Then they are not out of bounds. I believe that the NDP were caught more on a technicality. But so were some conservatives. What is unfair is not holding everyone equally accountable to these technicalities. Even if rules are changed, is not a excuse. It's more a proof of incompetence then a good excuse. How can you be expected to run a country if you don't even have the organization for someone to read a memo and notify your elected members of a rule change that will affect them directly.
  13. It sounds to me like the rules on how it's possible to spend the government money is so complex, that parties are unintentionally making mistakes. I believe that there aren't many people who know every spending procedure by hart.
  14. It's not a matter of corruption. It's a matter of being individually biased towards ourselves. Someone who has the opportunity to better themselves and their lives will rarely deprive himself because of the notion someone else who doesn't have that opportunity will think it unfair. And corrupt. The reason you can't understand is in fact, based on you not seeing passed your own bias.
  15. If we did it because it was the only way we could survive these situations, then we are still following our individual selfish basic instinct of self interest to stay alive and happy. I bet in the face of one bigger common enemy. Muslims and Christians wouldn't have a problem working together in the common goal of not being exterminated. I don't believe you truly understand nor do I believe you are capable of understanding.
  16. Socialists lack the understanding and acceptance that humans will rarely act contrarily to what will benefit themselves. It's the flaw they do not comprehend and is why it's unnatural. It's all in the fundamentals. As a animal you will act in direct benefit to yourself. Survival is the root of why we behave that way.
  17. The fundamentals is that people will do those thing regardless if you allow it our not. Instead of outlawing and punishing it like communism, capitalism embraces it and tries to channel it positively in a productive way. That is why punishments get very extreme in communist countries. Your asking your population to behave against their normal human instincts. Much fear needs to be implemented for that to work and erodes trust and acceptance of government rule over the population.
  18. People will continue to make money off of other people, That negative human behaviour continues regardless if you try and stop it. This is why channelling that negative energy into something that benefits everyone is much smarter.
  19. I'm looking at the fundamentals, of why it works. The fundamentals are still the same today, even if people have fought for rights, for safety and protection from extreme greed.. Like I've said. Capitalism today tries to channel negative human behaviour into something positive. Governments have continued to regulate capitalism in a way that benefits society the most.
  20. The system that will be best , will be one who channels our human imperfections like greed, and the drive to dominate in the most positive way for the greater good of the society. This is why capitalism works. It doesn't pretend that it's on a higher moral level. It accepts humans as they are and tries to take natural negative human behaviour, and channels them to benefit the society as much as possible. Laws will never successfully stop all humans from behaving like humans. Channeling that negative energy into a benefit is very intelligent. Communism failes to recognize that we are not perfect, and that its normal to act in a way that most benefit ourselves. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
  21. It's been over nine years of conservatives slowly cutting budgets to these kinds of useless departments. We could use a other 20 years and we would still only be starting to make a difference. Good reason to keep voting conservatives for the rest of my life.
  22. Maybe I miss understood the OP. It sounded to me he/she would consider voting NDP only if they return to a welfare state policy?
  23. Why have the government do something you can do better for far less??? Why is it that you want a welfare state so badly???
  24. Paying a fake political partie supporter go on radio or live TV and make a total a$$ of himself??? Maybe. Boards and forums would be a waste of time and money.
  25. I'm the same as you, both my parents brainwashed me at a very young age to the left wing "feminist" propaganda. Once you take a look at the bigger picture, it's easy to realize how foolish all of it is, To both of my parents chagrin.
