I believe Argus is correct. Judges do have a sence of superiority/arogance and can act in unaccountable manner. This is obviously the greatest draw back with our life time/untouchable appointment procedure of judges. However it is in my opinion that our appointment system still has greater advantages that outway the disadvantages. WWWTT

And what does being able to charge someone have to do with upholding the constitution rights of individuals? Is that not what this thread is about?Constitutional rights? I guess you never heard about The Peoples Republic of China before? Its just a vague hardly spoken about country in Asia with a meager population of about fourteen thousand million people. There are many religions there and I believe budism is the major one there. I have bein to several temples there and they have various different gods for different things/occasions but many people there don't care much for religion. Coincidentaly the Chinese people are very superstitious. WWWTT

Actualy I think punk rock is a little more afirmative when it comes to rejecting the establishment. As far as the beat thing goes,that was introduced through the African influence in American/African music. Fantino has made the claim that the Canadian constitution does get in the way of law enforcement. Which clearly proves he is biased!(cop is not a lawyer by the way) And then there's Tony Clement. My brother went to U of T faculty of law with him and according to my brother he was a weasel! Aswell you failed to disclose what type of law these individuals practised,or probably do not know,and in doing so may be implying something different. WWWTT

Heres a better experiment. Maybe this prodige should have packed his stratavarious and gone to famine stricken Ethiopa(there are many other places,this is just one example) and played his violin then count how many malnurished babies that suffered a horrific death from starvation in their mothers arms compared to how many people actually stood there,listened and then applauded. I have always found religion to be filled with numerous errors. Much like the saying "when you tell a lie you end up having to say more lies to cover up for the first lie,and eventually you'll get caught in your lie". Another thing that bothers me is the image of god or "God" Its always an old white guy with a white beard,dressed in a robe, living on clouds. I do not see anything wrong with printing off a copy here or there from time to time. I guess I take this thing more serious then others,thats why I try to proof read(time permiting) and do not always hit "add reply" when I am finished.Sometimes I cancell. Aswell be very carefull when making comments of a sexual nature!!! The admin/mods have a very conservative view of what can be deemed offensive in this field. I have seen some here make sexual comments and not get suspended at all,maybe they were warned but definetiley not suspended. I believe the mods/admin treat the newbies with a heavier hand for making comments that older contributors can get away with. If I read something offensive I usually print a copy for my records and then report. WWWTT
