CBC National runs story about refugees recieving little money for food, and the numbers do seem low, then cuts to scene of very young refugees sitting around using modern smart phones, so what exactly is the messaging there?

Poochy: they obviously have enough money to pay cell phone bills. Is a smart phone a luxury item, maybe when it comes down to a phone or food.

The guy is willing to invest a million dollars (yes, six whole zeroes!) to stimulate Alberta's oil sector. Now there's a man who knows a thing or two about how economics work. One million dollars! (or the equivalent of a Vancouver teardown)
