I hope that the fears of western countries will help us all to defeat these terrorist Attacks. It's sad to acknowledge that ISIS has indeed triggered fears and I know that we shouldn't react out of fear but when we have so many innocent civilians die, it can't be dismissed.

Exactly. Obama was criticized for only going in with 50 and not much of a strategy. I think the rules of engagement should dramatically change.
