This article dates back to September and yet the UOM is recent. Did you even research the racist incidents that have happened at the UOM in the last decade?
And this may seem a silly argument, but my kids went to school with wealthy white families (we were not) and some of the kids from these families turned out gay or transgender and were certainly not treated as priviliged white family members.
I don't understand the issue of not discussing Syria policies with regards to Trudeau in this thread. He clearly has gone against Harper's decisions and it clearly is a move forward for his first moves. I feel silly having to justify my feedback on this thread.
I appreciate CC's posts in all threads and I absolutely learn from everyone of them. But, sometimes, let it go and let others learn from other posts. I am absorbing lots of information and I don't like to be interrupted in the flow of information.
But it's not your role to determine who is responsible for derailing a thread. I didn't find any offense to anything posted in this thread. I find it informative and it's kind of a drag that you imposed your judgements without providing any substance to the thread.
