I read the rest but like a lot of Canadians, I don't follow the families of politicians too closely. The only family member that sometimes draws attention is the prime minister's spouse. Even there, I couldn't straight out tell you what Harper's wife background is or what her opinion is. She is not elected.

I have a French-English dictionary and the word " chatouilleux" the closes I found was "chatouiller" which means vt to tickle;(l'odorat,le palais) to titilate; chatouilleux, euse a ticklish (fig) touchy, over sensitive. The word "dessus" used with the other means "On top" and "dessous" means "underneath". I couldn't remember which word was used so I put both.
