Actually, it is evidence. This type of evidence is considered eye witness testimony. Each individual claims to have first hand knowledge of the events that took place. In this video, all of the eye witnesses claim to have participated in the fraudulent acts. Admission of guilt is considered extremely reliable.

What you should have said is that it isn't proof. Proof would indicate that the evidence logically lends itself to a reasonable conclusion without a plausible alternative action. 

In this video, it is plausible that all of the eye witnesses are lying. However, given the consistency of their stories and the appearance that each statement reflected separate encounters, it is unlikely that the statements are false. Evidence would be necessary to consider their statements inaccurate.
